ADVANTAGES
Barter has many real advantages for businesses -- one you may not think of at first is the fact that in a barter transaction, there are no accounts receivable, & therefore no bad debt possible. We appreciate barter's ability to profitably get rid of excess inventory, penetrate new markets, & expand sales while avoiding costly writeoffs, maintaining working capital, increasing cash flow, & reducing the need to borrow. Those advantages translate to increased profits.
We like what BTLY is doing -- management's aggressive posture should, in our opinion, result in rapid growth. We like the fact that BTLY will concentrate on small to medium sized businesses. We like the fact that as the number of offices & franchisees grows, & the number of businesses that become members increases, the growth rate will accelerate. This is because the greater the diversity & number of businesses that accept barter dollars, the more every member business will rely on barter transactions.
Keep in mind that we are providing you with this profile at as early a point in the company's history as possible. We want you to be aware of what is being planned, so you can watch this company's progress, & decide whether to take a position when the share price is at its current attractive low level.
We really like the barter direction, & for the purposes of giving you data at this time, we have assumed that all of the various steps surrounding BTLY's recent decisions to acquire the barter related operations will indeed be successfully completed.

MORE ON NAKED SHORT SELLING. * This is what BTLY if fighting in order to keep the value of their stocks *
Consider the naked short sale. In this case, short positions are not declared or disclosed, shares are not borrowed to cover the short sale, and the stock is never delivered to the purchaser. The result is dilutive, in that it results in an artificial, unauthorized and illegal increase in the number of shares issued and outstanding and a manipulated decline in the PPS of the firm's stock. The broker-dealer merely floods the market with cheap, non-existent shares of your firm's stock.
Based on this, the next change of CUSIP # will be very positive.

i first got into this back in october and almost weeded it out at years end because it seemed stagnant. i'm in for 220k at .0285. i guess since a number of my sharp young amigos are on this scent, i'll pay more attention and continue to accumulate in the .028 range. i put a little of the ibzt windfall into this in the last 1/2 hour today.
the whole barter concept is not new to me. besides being a "horse trader" for as far back as i had something to trade (can i have back my mickey mantle baseball cards please), i used to belong to a barter exchange years ago and built 80% of my house in new mexico bartering sculptural ironwork into a system called barter exchange. i got cameras and darkroom equipment, printing, clothing, medical work, dental work, massage, auto work and countless meals, lodging and entertainment coupons on barter. it allowed me to liquidate inventory that didn't move at retail, and to bid an architectural job with no competitors. it allowed me access to many things i was going to pay for anyway and also allowed me to convert stale inventory into fun.
ms mullet and i would often spend the afternoon at a spa, have a massage, check into a santa fe luxury hotel, have dinner, take in a live show, have breakfast, and pay only tips. it was all on barter. the thing to remember is that barter is taxable income. the irs wants their share.

MAV Are you saying that "this" MM is trading with shares not authorized by company ? If YES why not a lawsuit rather than a CUSP# change ?

VNGNTN1, This is a common practice in the market. Its actually not illegal for MM to Naked Short bb stocks right now. The problem is that many abuse it... often selling shares not in their inventory and never buying them back... Its complicated... but the SEC is working on it. Two ways in which to battle this are through the issuance of Dividents and the Cusip# change. This way you identify shareholders. As per a previous post by Tommy... all MM's need to cover all Naked Short positions prior to the change. Therefore we can expect a substantial move soon. Techs are indicating that we are on the right track! Take care! mach

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't a split, reverse or otherwise also prevent naked shorting? Probably not, but I just thought I'd throw that out there.

Hi Mach
Just in from work. I did get in with 250,000 shares on three bid points. .028, 029 .03
Actually needed to get some work done today so I didn't have much time for the market.
I will just hold onto my shares and see how it goes for a while. If we do have good movement then I might try to grab some more.

Milty, Glad to see you are around... and posting on BTLY. I truly believe there is much potential here. I've been very particular as far as posting stock picks on this thread and believe BTLY is a good pick. Seems like im always a few days ahead of *************, but I guess you can not expect a software program that analyzes candlesticks to be too accurate. It analyzes the past tense... and I analyze to future. So much great DD here... and it will pay off once again... in much the same manner that it has with PGHI. Those whom are patient will gain the most! Talk to you soon. mach

No... imho a reverse split is often the time when you see incredible amounts of shorting. I recall IDGE's recent reverse split... Went from .007 to .10... and a few months later was .004!!!!!!!!!! Do you think any of these MM shorted it after the R/S. Absolutely! Take care. mach

i used to think that you were a god until the second pghi thread came out and others started to match your intel. i have a ?. my wife finally gave me some more $ from the cash fund that she has been hiding from me. i have a handfull of positions in both btly and pghi in an ira that i can't touch for years without paying an unbelievable commision. i will hold those for a very long time. my immediate goals are to save up for a couple of new cars in an ameritrade accounts, but retire in the ira's. with the extra money that the wife let loose, what is the recomendation (pghi or btly). i understand that i should do my own dd but i have done as much that my little mind can stand, and i am torn between both. if you would like my email is: bob and jessica @ peoplepc.com

The saying is "Birds of a Feather"... When I arrived on this board... there wasn't much. I really started developing threads rather than just posting and then disappearing. I feel its important for people to interact and discuss their stock picks. It's also important to tell people why you think a stock may move in a certain direction. I can only assume that others have agreed with that philosophy and thats why so much talent is showing up here. As long as we can keep it up... We have a great team here. I will add you to my email list for hot picks... so that you get them real-time. As always do your DD... email machtabow@yahoo.com anytime... Take care! mach

It appears that our pghi is on auto-pilot for now, great news will be coming shortly. Now we have another opportunity to make money here in the very short term. Mach, how many companies that have changed the company name, cusip and/or ticker for comparison?

Do your own research and stop pointing fingers.
I am into PGHI for 4.8 million shares and am not at all uneasy with the results so far.
I relize that you have an opinion but when you are trying to pick a fight go somewhere else
