Hey top "Tech Analysis Gang" Team (TAG Team) members= Any changes updates to report/show on BLYC?!
I love the work you guys all do PLEASE continue... and PLEASE include me on the list of those desiring the tech chart and analysis systems/courses/programs/softwares etc...PLEASE!

I assess as follows:
late PR release on Friday, didnt get things in motion until today. The Online Discount Brokers and/or the DTC auto-exchange of shares probably wont be straignt till after midnight tonight!?! Then all accounts should reflect and function properly by manana ... or can/change you broker as i will too!
The News/PR disappeared from Yahoo Finance and maybe others? So confused or incommunicados might have been in limbo somewhat!?
Also, I believe that the Shorts...and even Naked Shorts... will still have three days to settle/cover and some will hold out and vainly try counter-tactics/attacks to attempt lessen their losses...and their pay-outs or margin call scenarios maybe!?! Or they will pack their bags and run for the hills...caught with their shorts down!
Many who got caught wondering, watching, waiting should by desire or demand have to or want to place those orders between manana and Friday close!?!
And finally, i too expect a clarifying and enhancing PR manana, at least to replace the ones that disappeared and were quite limited (Fridays) in content. And if their is more great news pending, now would be the time to do it to enable energize the MO=MINT-UM!
and one has to wonder what pray tell else great is coming soon for this GEM?! ALL i know from thorough DD is= its ALL gonna be good!
By next week i will be sharing/posting much other positive DD too...lets ride on the great ones we already have uncovered and posted here until then!
Go BTLY...er uh...GO BLYC= "Once youve gone in the BLYC... ya cant go BACK!"

I do love this chart. MACD centerline crossover occured today. Bullish. Trading above the 50 day MA. Bullish. Techs are looking great and I anticipate the release of very good news in the very near future. My technical indicators also show the same bullish pattern. MACD looking for the sky, and DMI showing already a bullish pattern. With the CUSIP# and symbol change plus the good news soon to be out, we may expect a good move here.

And, oh by the way, I spoke to the Chairman/CEO of BLYC whom has been in this 25 years (gist only in online resume). And he explained how SINCE IT IS REALLY JUST MM'S AND CLOSE ASSOCIATES THAT ARE really capable of SHORTING and NAKED SHORTING stocks in this OTC:BB PPS range...they really have UP TO AS LONG AS FRIDAY THE 30TH OF JAN TO COVER ! So expect it to ROLL THRU THEN..AND A POTENTIAL CRESCHENDO THAT FRIDAY...CAPICHE!?
I am long and Strong on BLYC...Barter and related transaction...so I will add and hold long long after that. Personally I think its realistic to possibly see up to 50 cents to $1 late this Summer...and $5 to $10 within 3 years. Gordon Lee has helped take 3 other deals over a Billion MCV, AND A FEW IN BETWEEN, and we believe this is Numero Quatro!
BLYC BILLIONAIRES CLUB...BARTER-DOLLARS (COMMODITY-BACKED=GOODS AND SERVICES) AND SOVEREIGN FIAT DOLLARS (GOOD FAITH AND TRUST OF GOV!?)! A SYNERGISTIC VALUE= GROWTH EXPONENTIALLY!?!
Especially with All other Execs and factors considered...this is SUPER STRONG...the more DD I do the more I BELIEVE!Barter is always Smarter...in good times and bad...its a Prince or a King either way! The FIRST MONEY AND THE FUTURE OF MONEY...ADDING TECH TO TRIED AND TRUE!
From my lips to Gods ears! IMHO!

Looks like the interest is BLYC is growing. Moving up 17% on +3M volume is pretty decent, can't wait too see what happens once people start learning about the future of this company.

Hey Mach, I think you should start a new thread with the new symbol. Might draw more interest without confusion. JMHO

I was going through the 9/30/03-10Q for Bentley and it's an interesting critter. Just wanted to send my observations to the board - I was switching between windows and typing in train of thought when I wrote this, so I'll put it in a list format as I go through the 10Q:
(1) The company is listing an increase in accumulated depriciation, suggesting an aging plant. (Not a real problem at their current size.)
(2) The company saw a dramatics drop in operating expenses (about 66%) from same Q last year (very good thing in a tech business, means they are probably outsourcing many things.) (Hosting outsourcing has been confirmed by a bit of checking.)
(3) Creditors are taking common stock in lieu of payment, meaning that they attribute value to the stock - a very good sign that management has been able to produce. (Another look at this one made me think that there were debt instruments that had a timeframe for automatic conversion to common stock, I'm digging a bit to verify which situation is the most likely. If it was an automatic conversion, it could or could not be a good thing, toss of the coin.)
(4) The company has issued no preferred shares - a good sign that they are not stealing value (percieved or otherwise) from common stock.
(5) The Crump deal is set up very interestingly - the license purchase was made by common stock, and the royalty agreement provides for $166,660 per quarter barter based income before being renegotiated at $1mil annual income.
(6) Management was thinking ahead with the decision to kill the FNIN deal, the new national "Do-Not-Call Registry" would have severely impacted that company.
(7) The company is broke but has some deep pockets that are "angeling" for it, dumping in capital. (A good thing, someone really believes in this company at a level that the board can say, "We need money." and the investor(s) close to the situation say, "Yes."
(8) Confirmation of the company outsourcing (thus reducing expenses) can be seen in the "Risks and Uncertainties" section in which they state that a wildcard factor is, "the level and use of the Internet." This means that they almost certainly are using a colocated server. (This has now been confirmed)
(9) The last part of the "Risks & Uncertainties" section puts them in a class with most other "dot.com's" in regard to future success. A potential bad spot, but survivable.
(10) Ouch, point 5 of the synopsis of "R & U" states that management may not have time to manage the company properly. A serious potential problem.
(11) Lawsuit - hrm, sounds like garbage - been there, done that.
(12) One creditor took these shares at a par value of $0.10 per share in exchange for a debt. With markup in a service-based business, that'd be a realized value of between $.02 and .05 per share.
(13) A range was established of between $0.02 and $.10 per share for creditor payoff/investor conversion.
In the final analysis, I'd say that this is a typical company that has fought like hell to stay alive despite markets collapsing on them, leveraging investors (private and public) to stay alive. There is no evidence of significant bank loans bearing interest or any significant debts owed. With the conversion that under my assumption included moving from a (content/Internet/application) service provider class to a company utilizing the resources and thus flexibility of others in this arena via subcontracting they have significantly decreased their operating expenses (while I personally feel are still a bit excessive for monthly operating, suggesting an amount of hidden debt or excessive personal withdrawls) and set themselves up in a "pay per use" situation for many of their technological resources. I think that this will give this company a great place to start from, but will not sustain them forever. I think that they will indeed have to eventually start up their own service plant again (at great expense) but with the full service capabilities of current "colo" providers this should be a path taken far after they have gained a financial situation that will cover such expenses.
Clicking out of analysis mode, I think these guys have a great idea. Barter was the first form of trade and was the basis for currency as we now know it. I think that as currency becomes more electronic, barter will mesh back into the system.

I can see the new symbol but I could see it yesterday also. Bought 50K at open yesterday. However, the existing shares I had before yesterday still show under old symbol but has a note of *Name change on 1/12

I just tried to put in an order with my Ameritrade account under blcy and they would not process it at this point.
They might however have the blcy symbol activated when they open in a couple of minutes as they don't update the rest of their screens from yesterday until then.

My account is a cash account. With that they have not changed the screen as of yet however on the balance sheet they have increased the balance under the old symbol and will not take orders under either the new or old symbol at this point.
I will give it a couple of more minutes and then give them a call if it is not changed with the new days screens
