IMO, I always thought Gee shouldn't have been posting alot of what I would consider "insider info"
You all , know how he bashed Rufus and adored tut? Told us all about tut's trip and there was GOOD news tut had from that trip,blah blah
Well alledged talk is all over two other boards that Gee was in PT.
If this is true, the thing that stands out in my mind the most {other then, he's for Rufus, tut no more} He says he's been working with "them" for 2 weeks now, but turned right around and said he just found out Tuesday , that tut had NO DEAL.
Again , this may or may not be true. If it is , all I can say is Huh? This back and forth stuff is getting old.
And, if it's true, IMO, he's blabbing stuff , that should not be talked about.

Even if everything turns out as originally planned (and it won't), these clowns ought to go to jail for all the pain and suffering they have caused.

We have seen irregular trading, halt trading, accusations of Fraud, accusations of a Pump and Dump, an attempted takeover by a shareholder committee and thousands of negative post on investment oriented web sites.
All I have to say about the above is Congratulations, because the only reason the corporation survived is the shareholders, my hat’s tipped to you.
Now, lets get things moving again, We are going to be updating the public information over the next few days for CSHD via trading venues.
When the trading venues information has been updated we will start the process of returning to NASDAQ, Please take a chill pill and bare with the system and the required time frames.
We have prepared a package for the Annual Shareholders Meeting and upon the necessary correction to CSHD status, we will release the date.
This beast has bucked, kicked, cussed and snarled all the way to the slaughter house. The smoker is lit and I for one, am hungry.
We can achieve our goals.

Finally New2....I finally beat you to it. Sounds an aweful lot like what he said just after taking over from MA back in November...right before he went on vacation for two weeks.

I have felt for a long time that things, events, rumors, etc. have been funneling towards a date with Monday, March 5th.

Hey Rich...I have been very busy with a major project at work for a few months now. We are in the process of wrapping it up, so I will have a little more free time in the coming weeks. I have been poking my head in here whenever I can and also working it from behind the scenes through PM's and emails.
I do not have my Certificates because I do not have a margin account…therefore I am assured by Scottrade that my shares are real. I am also on the NOBO list. What is this group’s general feeling about the Certs? Should we go ahead and get them? I would hate to miss out on any potential short squeeze (I can't believe I just said that) that might result from the results of the impending proxy vote?

I was on the phone with Jenna yesterday and we started discussing the possible number of “AIR” shares that might still be outstanding. There has been a lot of discussion that the shorts have been covering their NSS positions while we are on the grey market. I do not see how this is possible.
If Rufus does have the float locked up in Euroclear (as he claims) and the vast majority of the shareholders are holding strong, there simply can’t be enough real shares to get the job done. What good does it do for one short to trade “air” shares with another in an attempt to cover? We basically came to the conclusion that you can’t cover a naked position with and “air” share. Essentially, they are just trading “air” shares back and forth. We also came to the conclusion that any major trading…say more than 100,000 shares in a trading session is most likely an attempt by the shorts to manipulate and / or scare shareholders who hold real shares into dumping their shares.
The end result…there is still a huge short position in this stock.
Wally…or anyone else who is an expert in this….are we correct in our thinking?
