If im catching your drift, the cash which was left by the company in August and put in escrow was to back the 66M shares. It also gives us a starting valuation of what the company felt these stares are worth. I.e. 100M/66M = $1.51/share and 250M/66M = $2.64/share. Now considering this was the amount the BOD was willing to “set aside” for these false shares means they were only willing to go so far w this. They felt they needed to limit their losses w the false shares as they should have. Considering we ended up where w did just three weeks after this may mean the escrow amount of $250M wasn’t nearly enough and was probably just a drop in the bucket. I would also explain why RPH had to switch gears and (at least what appears to us) as change his plan. Am I catching your drift? This is all imho. - Con

I have been on this board a long time. Those of you who know me by now have never known me to be a pumper. That being said I am serious about UVIH.ob and have not gotten much of a response or interest from anyone (thank you CAT).
Please take a look at it and do your own dd. This one looks great while the market is settling in right now. An AMEX listing soon after or around March 15, 2007 and already earnings of 0.32/share and a dividend of 0.20 per share. You can still get in before AMEX and next Q’s div. Payout. Let me know what any of you think. PS it has a yahoo message board w good info right from yahoo finance main summary listing. - con

Moving to AMEX by mid to end of March! Very strong consecutive earnings. They basically took over Florida home insurance after 04 hurricane season and have raked in the cash.
Anyone with some time tell me what you think. IMHO this is one of the most solid penny plays ive ever made. An easy double.

My certs came in the mail yesterday from eTrade - only ordered 300 shares - just to see if I'd actually get them. Cost me more to get them then their worth. Scarry. Anyway they came in with JA's signature.

FYI, I was just checking out the site that Rufus started.
He has asked the shareholders to "call off the Dogs" Quit arguing basically.
I'm sorry I still do not know how to cut and paste or I would have brought the whole letter over I will learn, until then,is there anyone who could bring it here?

Glad to see that you are alive and OK... Not sure about the ticker change question...but according to the bi-laws of the company...there is something about a 90 day time frame for a committee...and portman is still reading the boards...he has sent PM's stating that he is around...but the last Pm that we mentioned the SHC he is under the assumption that it "is" no longer. FWIW...perhaps he shall read this and add more...

Hey kuz. Too me it's just more speculation. IMO, there has been way too much speculation and not nearly enough action by those in charge. What we have to show for everything since the SEC suspension is nothing positive. Just the company being taken away from the Rufus gang only to be handed back to them. Not once but twice now. From Rufus we keep getting promises but nothing concrete. Until they answer the default entry in the court systems, I see very little to get excited about. I'm waiting for the answer in the courts and the signing of an MM to quote the stock. Until that time CSHD will remain in a very gray area not only on the stock exchange but in the minds of investors. That's my take and I'm sticking to it.

Not just a ticker change since FHAL no longer exists. Can't unring the bell. CSHD is the company and the business model. Will they do business again is in the very gray area I referred too above.
No one has heard from the SHC, except for a few who have claimed that they were misled into overthrowing Rufus. No one is saying who was responsible for the coup and I doubt anyone even knows who the SHC is or if they still exist.
The gray area here is starting to resemble a BLACK HOLE because it's seems many want to speak of inside info yet the info they give doesn't materialize. I'm still watching and learning here. Like I stated earlier I paid for the price of admission and want to see the end of the story.
