quote:Originally posted by Jenna: Here is a sum up....just remember this is a sum up of what Rufus has said.....I am only summing it up....PR's & filings are what we NEED...Here goes:
4309 Inc. is the shell....They will be taking 1 share of CSHD & we will get 1 share of 4309 inc
The 6:1 will happen.
Grey shares will get 1:1.
MA & his wife & James Gee's personal accounts have been frozen...
The share exchange may start as soon as the end of the month....COULD TAKE A LONG TIME....
There are only about 47 million shares that are true shares....anything being turned in after that will still be accepted but the broker we bought them from will have to pay 4309 inc.'s shareholders how ever much we decide on....NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE.....NAME YOUR PRICE!!!
In- house T/A & Brokerage....Look at Oracle....They do the same thing.....due to the new in house T/A Broker 4309 inc. CAN NOT be shorted....
This will be announced officially in a PR....
He decided to tell us now because he had to wait until the court recived his last bit of evidence...
Not worried about insider info....He asked for it to be halted & they didn't do it...eventhough there is no office, no phone, & no way to get in contact with the company except for the WEBSITE HE MADE....
Rufus will no longer be a part of us....We will move forward into 4309 inc. & he is staying back to clear his name.....Judge has all the evidence from him....They are awaiting trial....
Bonds are good but will stay back with him....many more of those to follow.....
After the share exchange occurs there will be assets "thrown" will be thrown in....
JV's lined up & ready to go...
Guys, I noticed that I said in this post that accounts were frozen.....I misinterpreted Rufus' 1st post.....He said information about the accounts were taken that's all...reread his post...that was my misinterpretation....I must apologize to all involved....
I will stick to copying & pasting posts & not summarizing....
My apologies to everyone on Allstocks, HSM, IHUB, & Rufus' Board....

Has the other Paul Poetter email been brought up on RPH's board? I saw his response to the first one and I'll add it here, but it didn't really leave me all warm and fuzzy about this.
This was in reply to someone questioning the posting of the email on the board: RPH>> No Please do not give him any problems about it!!!! Max Please post anything of this type on the Board for all to see!! Remember everyone always watch and document!!!

Rufus always answers a question with a question when he can't be honest...why do you think that is? It's called AVOIDANCE.

I just came across CGMI. This a new play on internet gaming! I think wagering on skill games will be big business. CGMI has a very interesting affiliates program that is sure to grow its customer base exponentially!

My head hurts!
IMO watching the volume and / or PPS for CSHD is meaningless until something more is filed in Court. The numbers will bounce all over for various reasons ....one of which could still be people hoping to buy that "lotto ticket".

also, do you suppose there's still some covering going on as this sea-change on "naked exempts" transitions in?
also, also...is some buying occurring via "true longs" reactions' to the latest pump?
have you guys seen this yet? DTCC Responds to The Wall Street Journal article, "Blame the 'Stock Vault?'"
New York, NY, July 6, 2007 - The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) article "Blame the 'Stock Vault?'" (July 5, 2007) contained a number of omissions and factual errors that misinform readers. DTCC is providing the following information, as it did during lengthy meetings with the reporters, to set the record straight.
----
3. The WSJ article said: "Some companies with falling stock prices say it (naked short selling) is rampant and blame DTCC as the keepers of the systems where it happens."
This claim that DTCC is responsible for naked short selling has been expressly rejected by the SEC. Further, as we explained to the WSJ, this claim displays a fundamental misunderstanding of our role in the capital markets. It ignores that naked short selling is a trading strategy and has nothing to do with the post-trade clearance and settlement process. It ignores that we do not know the underlying reasons why trades fail, information that is known only to the broker/dealer.
this is what i began to suspect after the GLUV/GVRP fiasco...
according to the DTCC? the brokers and ONLY the brokers know exactly where the NSes are coming from....
restricting a stock to sells only IS a form of market manipulation and should only be allowed if there's a specific reason given and the SEC aproves it, since it automatically depresses the price of security....

we got a lil turf war, here?
sorry about that, i forgot to copy the link so i edited it..
turf war? nah..
IMO what's always been going on is that some brokers DIDn't keep track of whether you actually have the shares you sell...
the big customers, (and hedgies) took advantage of the situation...
i.e. somebody may take a long position of a million shares, but "accidentally" sell 100 million... oopsie...
there is now a new tracking system in place to determine whether a sale is short or not.. and who has loaned out shares that have actually been sold...
i. e. say somebody legitimately borrowed shares and shorted them, but the lender sells his/her shares before they are replaced? now they will know...
i expect to see some changes in the trading now, and i don't just mean in the pennies... of course? some new "strategies" will be invented to "beat the system"

it's always been the brokers responsibility to ID who has NSed and they haven't shown much interest in stopping whoever it is they ALLOW to get away with it.. you and i could never get away with selling 100,000$ worth of stock we don't own and didn't borrow and wait 6 months to buy it back

If I find one, it's cuz I stumbled onto it--but if I stumble well, I'll post it, for sure
