Actually, im extremely skeptical these days. I see nothing wrong with it as long as i try to stick to the facts and it is often difficult. Ive kept most of it off the board too because its mostly just my emotions speaking out. CSHD has been very dicey and i think we all expect skepticism IMO.

I must say that I haven't been paying close attention to the website but I found this under note to the shareholders. Is this new or has it been there for a while.

How is this for news....I got a letter from the Atlanta division of the SEC today. My congressman did contact them regarding my letter, and they responded in writing with a copy to me. Basically just outlined their entire case against CSHD, and one thing was clear -- they pursued the case in court because Rufus and/or CSHD did not supply them with any cause to say "hey, these are real"....FWIW

What is Rufus doing on there again. It just said John Arlitt an hour ago. I don't want Rufus's game any more personally. I'm starting to get real nervous and suspicious of him now. There must be a guillotine he can go stick his head in without taking us down with him.

I see it also.....the website now states only RPH's name as CEO, and Romeo V. is not listed on the page either........like everyone else is wondering, what kind of chages are going on.....it is just adding more confusion.. . . !!! or maybe he he........ . . this will not help the pps move up.

I agree with you Cat. I also have kept much of my thoughts and speculation off the board, since it would just be counter productive.

1. Of course I expect people to listen to the remarks, but I don't expect everyone to agree. That is one of the reasons this board is in existence.
That is laughable... No one listens to posters on a stock thread. If they do then they deserve to lose there money. You opinion is just that... your opinion. You want good stock advice hire someone trained in the field to give you their opinion. They have titles like Financial Advisors, and if they recomend any penny stock to you, find a new one!
2. There were also Rufus' dealings with BBAN, but that's another issue. The point is that Rufus was a liar, conman and could come up with reasonable explanations that people wanted to hear. If history has taught you anything, it is not to go down the same path if you expect different results. Because of his past, I will not take Arlitt at his word, printed or oral, until I see positive action.
The last time Rufus had "control" of this stock it was still up near some 200% from when he first entered FHAL. People keep talking frawd, and criminal intent with out a shred of proof of his crime. If he took the money from the shareholders, then point me to the money, and we will go after it together. So far he is just a guy with big ideas that did not execute them.
3. Presenting past facts is not publically persecuting anyone.
Presenting FACT is not, but adding SPIN to it. So that a minor infraction with co-operation and small fine paid appears as a criminal stigmata is. Repeating it for several pages on a stock thread most definitely is. Pretending to be concerned for others while doing so is deceptive and doesn't help the public persecuting.
There are those who have also looked at the information and not considered them minor. And no matter what some of you say -- like it is "now resolved" -- it is not. There are two sides to this. I see it one way and you see it another.
Fine is paid and he has not done it since... it is resolved. I can't help your view point, I can just point out to others where it is flawed.
