What I can tell you right now is that every shareholder will get exactly what they have been told by Rufus and no one has anything to worry about. Shareholders I just talked with Ben. The "E" will be off in the morning and I can tell you the company is not too happy and they are getting answers right now how and why this happened and from the sounds of it they may be ready to make the move much quicker than expected because of this. Hold strong because they are now going to take very strong and quick action especially because of this. This has now come down to the point where they will not give the shorts any mercy whatsoever. From my talk with Ben it sounds like they are now going to drop the big bombshell.>.
And, as regards Tut's next message, he is also way off base. One, the company MUST file to change its A/S, which is reported as either 200mm or 100mm, both in the same 10-k (Is that not confusing?) and do it 15 days prior to the change. Humble? Do you think that the SEC will recognize the date of the filing as the 10 day notice for the 6:1 share for the merger completion? Or will that need to be re submitted and the date changed?

Has anyone checked the Sec of State of Delaware site to see if an amendment was filed to change the Authorized Shares? It would need to be done through them.
10 you asked if there would be changes to the 10K, if what we have heard is true, then it should just be an amendment to the 10K, which would mean another 10KA just like the correction of the date from October 30 to October 16th.

Sorry Bob, but this stock gets a lot of negative attention from people who are born recently. Its annoying. i just would hate to see this place turn into another IHUB.

I was just looking this over & I noticed CSHD was not on the list for their name being changed from CSHD to CSHDE. Theres a few others on the list & it even states the reason for the change of symbol. I was just wondering why it's not there, believe me I'm glad it's not there!!!

CSHD was listed on the 16th listing and they only list if the name is to be changed one way or another. They will re-list CSHDE when they are to be moved back to CSHD. - IMO

5) Will there be any additional 10k/a's filed?
6) If someone sold their shares (not sure why they would) are they still entitled to the 6:1 share distribution?

8) When can we expect the "PR Blitz" to begin?
9) Have you ever been contacted by MM's or Brokers who are short? is there anything going on "behind the scenes"?

Some will say that Lee hasn't dug deeply enough into this stock. But I have to disagree. I find little that can be proved wrong.
He did miss one thing about the latest bond though, and that is that Rufus miss-stated its face value by a factor of about 8. Of course he did address the fact that the bonds are obviously owned by other parties, and thus can't be claimed as assets. Did he cover the missing $28mm (or was it$18mm) interest payment?
Are tough questions allowed and discussed here? Or should I tuck me tail betwixt me legs and scamper on outta heah?

Your right, what Lee said had some valid points about the shadyness and unsuccesfulness of the people involved in CSHD. Maybe this time will be different though, and I have a feeling it will. SEC has had plenty of time to shut this baby down. Keep up the tough questions lmao!
