For those interested I just called the case information line for the Georgia Northern District Court (404-215-1655) to see when they would be meeting again. I gave the nice lady the Docket# (1:06-cv-2568-cc) but she said yesterday's stuff hasn't been put in the system yet. The last available info is for the 24th, when the complaint was filed.

Did you guys read M-N-1's attack on message boards including us? I guess they are embarrassed at how badly Rufus made them look like fools on Subpenny radio, so they are attacking him behind the scenes now. I guess a coward can only strike from behind a wall.

Well, I will sum this up. The SEC as also requested a restraining order against Rufus & CO. temporarily enjoining them from specified violations of the federal securities laws. So we probably wont be hearing anything from them until this is over.

I just talked to the 'nice lady' clerk who said that there is nothing on the docket yet for this case to come back to court today. I asked her if that means that the judge is reviewing documents and will call everyone back to court when he's done, and she said that was likely but so far she has nothing more on the docket for this case.
She also said that the 'Minute Sheet' for yesterday will be posted on PACER when it comes out.

I wasn't trying to take credit for that site New2 ...just wanted to show proof of the number I called...

Well, like Tax mentioned a day or two ago my account has been charged for certs and my position removed, so I expect I'll be receiving the cert soon. Now I just need to find out if they will go in a safe deposit box or the fireplace.

No news is good news... One of the things that I like is that they DID NOT get the TRO( I am assuming that they didn't because that would have been reported right away...particualrly by the "bashers")...If I am wrong someone please post a link as to where the TRO is in effect....And? the alligations really are quite weak...the investigation portion of the SEC and the bonds?...even weaker... Fingers still crossed...

Ha,.. Sad but true ~
Just make SURE that what we hear isn'y "spin"
-this should be black or white in MO.
If they come out with some kind of "spin" that would tell me Rufus is indeed in a battle.
Cause come on...
Are they his or not?!
How hard can it be to look?! Cause if Rufus doesn't have ownership they'll be yelling it in the streets!

Well, nothing has been filed yet on PACER from yesterday's court hearing, so we will probably find out if the TRO was issued then.

To some degree, I am leaning toward the fact that they DID get it. We haven't heard a single peep out of anyone - no comment, no SPR, no PR. A TRO simply gives them a chance to review all of the documents and disallow from doing any more "harm" to us shareholders.
I agree - no news is good news across the board though....can hardly wait for PACER to get updated!
