CHART AWESOME POST!!! People get a letter to Grassley regarding this suspension and the process and manner by which it was filed. SEC personal vendetta's combined with full co-operation should not result in a trading suspension. If Rufas owns the bonds then we should be trading.

I spoke to a secretary in his Chambers (actually Judge Cooper answered the phone) and she informed me that the hearing yesterday concluded the case, that is: no more hearings, and Judge Cooper will be issueing a statement with his judgement. They did not say when, but it will be on the docket when issued.

If that's true, then I take this as good news. It means that Rufus brought everything needed to refute the SEC's claims, and that it was sufficient enough that the SEC isn't bothering with trying to bring more evidence. That's my optimistic view of things anyway; I guess we will find out soon enough.

Sweet. I can't wait to hear what Rufus has to say. I hope this is a well thought out PR that has no mistakes and doens't leave anything to question. I also hope it has something in there about starting the trading again...on a higher exchange!
