Neptune? the point is...right now? Regardless of what you or anyone posts...good or bad? Nothing can be done...those that are in can't get out, if they wanted to and those that aren't in, can't get in if they wanted to...Right now? we are not posted with an option of loosing or gaining...we are stuck... To come and post simple "comments" of things that most on this board are already aware of? No point IMO... the stuff from Soutstreet? those are opinions...(there are NO FACTS)..the board is loaded with opinions...right now? We need facts and actions from the SEC and or Rufus/Company.
Ignoring anything at this point? Yep...until a ruling comes out...given the choice that we have, which is? notta!

I think it's more of what I said before:
Ignore things you don't want to hear and watch your money go away.

Anyone have some thoughts on this one?
I don't see how it could be -11K as a balance (i.e. margin call) unless it was on another security, or is it just "short" that amount? I believe I would be paying a visit to the office in person on that one...

A ruling today would be suprising...but if the evidence is overwhelming that the SEC was just un/misinformed...it is very possible...

im being optimistic here because given the fact that rufus didnt see a need for an attorney, he brings his proof case closed. im only thinking this because rufus is EXTREMELY confident (given why he didnt take a lawyer) my guess is this will be over with and history sooner than we think (i hope)

Thank you very much for your concern but perhaps instead of spending time worrying about our money maybe you should take the this time to work on your own portofolio.

I really don't see that happening here . I think if there was a clear and present answer available , the SEC would have either moved quicker or not at all . I bet this drags out for a year or longer . Just my .02 .
Maybe I should clarify. IF Rufus does have the proof of ownership and presented it to the SEC via the hearing this morning, I do believe one way or another we will see trading resume by the end of the ten days. I think the shareholders will get the benefit of the doubt from the judge.
If the ownership is still questionable, I would consider my investment lost until a class action is settled many years from now.

If they dismiss the case I wonder if our pps would go through the roof....I would think that would be better then aucited financials for proof I guess we can't go up much untill we are trading again though:)

Milliam ~ the document also glosses over the bond announcements like they were 100% reason for the increas in PPS. No mention of a reverse merger, and a possible $15 price reset.
You throw that in and a couple of "true" bond announcements and the "skyrocketed" price of $4 is kind of a downer.

Rufus was asked by the SEC to go in to them and sign a document saying everything he said was true and it would have been cleared but that way the SEC would have just been able to brush it under the carpet and let the shorts get their way. He told them to see him and all the proof in the federal court in front of a judge and that way a federal ruling would show the world. This way it becomes public and forces the issue out in the complete open.

You....." two differenty sentences....tut-eister signed on HSM this afternoon.....all he was saying is that he was on the thread there..... Boy, howI do wish that there was a reliable source that was there in the courttoom today and could report an eye-witness account.......

ST, thats a good prespective by tut. rufus has been ridiculed, his every move scrutinized, it would INDEED be a pretty picture making this a public thing, if rufus comes out the victor, there would be NO MORE HASSLING him all the time. it would be official legit, etc...THAT my friend is an optimistic POV from tut. one which i could sleep on....lol

Any man who represents himself, has a fool for an attorney. Still, for some reason I am optimistic that this will work out for the best.

Tut is full of it on this post . Anyone with any back ground in legal documents would know this was brought on by the SEC and not at Rufus's request .
I'm sorry guys , I just don't buy this post from Tut ....... hopefully I'm wrong but I doubt it .
