A couple more things from last night . . . I couldn't post because the site got locked.
Rufus said his preference for the "pecking order" for the subs is as follows (in order of priority)
Point, Click, Drink (I think that was it) Federal Chamber of Commerece Ecowood
Rufus: Impossible to know the number of NS in the market. If someone could figure out how to monitor that they'd be a trillionaire (paraphrased).
A PR will come out with the new payable date (so we won't have to guess if it's the 7th or 8th or whatever)
Simon asked him about a Trilateral Commission connection but Rufus wasn't biting.
And Rufus mentioned that the lawyer, Maurice Bennett was the connection for Rufus to Georgia Aerospace.

Tax back from the horses mouth he said Rufas said it would push it back 3 or 4 days and simon repeated it and stated the 3rd of nov friday and rufas agreed it is on the spr i heard it myself...

That is not what was said luv...go back and listen again...Rufus said(paraphrasing here)...as soon as they notify the NASD...then ten business days after that...if it's later...it's later...
It very well could happen today...but it very well may not...we'll know when the PR is released though.

I finally broke down and paid Simon's $5 VIP fee last week since Rufus likes to do the marathon interviews, and I am tired of hearing it second hand. It paid off last night. I heard him loud and clear, and anyone who listened could probably put a decent timeline of events for the next couple of months for this company. I highly suggest investors try and catch the loop on SP that runs today. It was a good interview. (Not pumping SP, just saying Rufas "said" alot.)

I said mistake what part didn't you hear?? But rufas did say it i was corrected that he did revise what he said listen to spr he did say what i said but then changed it as crab said.. Enough the cult is getting out of hand!

Calm down Luv. I agree with you he said it and then they revised it when Simon dug into it a bit deeper.
I think people just wanted to make sure that we all heard the right date. Would hate for people to expect something on the 3rd when legally it can't happen till the 8th.

He did say they had plans to have thier own T/A...the shares issuance may or may not be through thier own...which is one of the reasons that thier current agent hasn't been notified.
When asked how long the issuance would take to occur he said that his current T/A has gotten through it in as little as 48 hours, but he also agreed that it could take much longer...a month or so...but he also said that is highly unlikely...
