That is not what I heard last night. 10 "business" days from when he notifys NASD. Which may be (most likely) today, but definitely will not happen till the SEC investigation is done. Making the earliest possible day Wed. Nov. 8th.

Xtra 6 shares will come 10 business days from today. (or whatever day he squares with SEC, should be part of PR after court today)

Fingers and mind are moving. I am zipped on coffee and Diet Coke right now. Listened to Rufus till 3AM EST and then had a server crash on me at 5AM so I am on a programmer's typical schedule today.

Bravo to those who listened to the interview and provided the re-cap. I was unable to get in to SPR to listen. Looks like Rufus might have to play himself in the movie...can't think of anyone who could pull it off just like he could.
I have customers in town today, so I will be in and out all day. I have to baby sit them...you know how that goes. Can someone PM any news to me if / when it comes out? If Rufus is in jail, I don't want to hear about it.

I finally broke down and paid Simon's $5 VIP fee last week since Rufus likes to do the marathon interviews, and I am tired of hearing it second hand. It paid off last night. I heard him loud and clear, and anyone who listened could probably put a decent timeline of events for the next couple of months for this company. I highly suggest investors try and catch the loop on SP that runs today. It was a good interview. (Not pumping SP, just saying Rufas "said" alot.)
