Rufus talked about golf course thing on SPR interview. Granted it's his side and I'm paraphrasing, but interesting:
They didn't want to put the $1mil in escrow, they wanted him to deposit in a private (company or personal?) account that was already overdrawn. He said "yeah right" and the deal went south.

Glassman, front running is buying a stock, recommending it, and NOT disclosing you are LONG. I am saying that my stock recommendation will be accompanied by a disclaimer saying I AM LONG THE STOCk.
And I never pump and dump. I buy a stock, and when it goes up, I sell it. Period. And even disclose when I sell... man I'm a good guy.

I remember hearing in one of his first interview that they were going to deposit 1 million as initial payment, but decided to DD the bank account first and found it had -$400K balance. They smelled a rat and backed out. Anybody else remeber that?

Yeah, except I'm not a professional anymore (not a broker, not licensed, not an analyst). Therefore, if I say I recommend stock ABC because of PUBLIC fundamental or technical reasons, and I also say, I am long 50K shares, there is nothing wrong with that. It is recommending stocks that you have bought based on inside info. that is wrong, or if you have UNDO influence on the stock (aka, a "professional"). I appreciate the compliment that my words carry a lot of weight, but I don't see it that way.

Aturd told me today they don't remove the position from the online account until they receive the cert from the TA...and mail it to the account holder. They removed mine on the 25th...so I should see it this week.

Rufus's 9 entered Exhibits and 1 sealed exhibits are now showing on the docket in Pacer. I do not see anywhere on here links to the exhibits where I can download them.
Just an update that they are entered in the case. FYI.
