FWIW...Tut did not start a thread on Allstocks over the weekend. He says it was an imposter. This is what I figured as it did not sound anything like him.
He also said that he has not posted his "big" message yet. He says that he is "still waiting" for the right moment.

Ok, here's another of the NASDAQ4 situations. If you type in ALAN it comes back with the 4 on the end. Doing some investigating, ALAN is no longer a valid symbol and its been changed to ALAND.
Following this, JDSU also gives the 4 and it is not longer a valid symbol.
This still doesn't make sense, but so far its all I've found on this.
Could we actually be halted now, CSHD be no longer valid and a new NASDAQ symbol (CSHC?) be coming? Ahh, lunchtime dreams!

Sounds like any symbol that has had an E or delisted recently is getting that response...chances are it's nothing..and it simply shows that way because of the late filing and the E being rmoved...

Looks like you're exactly right 10. Pretty much every symbol listed on the delinquent list comes up with the 4. I agree...its probably nothing.

That's interesting. This says that the numbers are only for the NYSE/AMEX. I'm assuming they actually put the numbers after the symbol and not after the exchange.
Either way, I think we're good with this 4 business.

Guys- FWIW- I spoke with Scottrade a few days ago & asked them about the 6:1 shares. They said that the trasfer agent takes care of it...& that CSHD uses Integrity & Scotty's not familiar with Integrity so they don't know fast or efficient they are.....
So I just got to thinkin, let me call Integrity....
Just called Integrity, spoke with a lady & she verified that they are the transfer agent for Conversion Solutions.I told her about the 6:1 and she said she knew nothing about it & that they had not yet been contacted by anyone in the company. I then told her that they were supposed to be delivered by the 30th & asked if it was still possible to get them by the 30th if they hadn't been contacted yet- meaning how much time do they need & is it too late to get them by the 30th - she said that she couldn't comment on that because she doesn't even know what the plan is....
I hope it doesn't matter & that all he needs to do is notify them within a few days. My thought is that he can't let them know until he has the updated list from the 16th....don't you think that makes sense?

brokers would only know if they got connections.. or else, they'd just be like us.. but wow.. i hope it's not just a rumor.. i'll reserve to crap in my pants when it does happen..
