btw i looked up the cpa thomas benson and he is a highly respected professional who even gives lectures on compliance so he's no slouch!
there is no excuse for no pr when this pos has lost 40% of its value since last week (1.54/2.60 = .5923). i think he owes us that. of course when all news is rumor rufus has said nothing he could be held accountable for later.

Ryan, this is bothering me also. If it was something as simple as inserting a letter that was missing, why hasn't it been done and why would there be a need to meet with SEC lawyers.
