Some will say that Lee hasn't dug deeply enough into this stock. But I have to disagree. I find little that can be proved wrong.
He did miss one thing about the latest bond though, and that is that Rufus miss-stated its face value by a factor of about 8. Of course he did address the fact that the bonds are obviously owned by other parties, and thus can't be claimed as assets. Did he cover the missing $28mm (or was it$18mm) interest payment?
Are tough questions allowed and discussed here? Or should I tuck me tail betwixt me legs and scamper on outta heah?
gotta love that $1560 bank balance though!! Wow. [/QB]
Amazing how these people just keep POPING UP out of no where! Looks like allstocks will be another IHUB in no time!

rburnout, I'm sure all would love to discuss "it". Here at allstocks? we really prefer links when "we" make a statement as fact.
Perhaps you can post links that proove your statement of "Some will say that Lee hasn't dug deeply enough into this stock. But I have to disagree. I find little that can be proved wrong"
Perhaps you could at the very least post links that "prove" his info right? That could be a start.

It is obvious you do not know what a holding company is or does...maybe you think think before you post..do you understand what a 10k is and that the bond payment would not be reflected since it is up until the end of June?

Tex? I guess he will need a little time to find those facts. We'll be here waiting... I for one would love to be shown actual FACTS to all the negative...not just mis-leading and tossed out court cases...IF these FACTS are even out there.

i have noted that a lot of old BBAN shareholders are now complaining that they made a mistake firing (yes they used the word firing) Rufus... it seems they are quite impressed at how this play has unfolded...
BBAN? they have tanked hard and stayed down...
is Rufus really a Robin Hood? i have no idea...

FYI: I sent Etrade a Service question late last night about the "E"... Finally they got back to me. This is what they wrote.
quote: Dear Mr.XXXXXXXXXXX,
Thank you for sending E*TRADE a message regarding your position of CSHD. I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion concerning this matter.
Conversion Solutions recently filed their paperwork, they were delinquent in there required SEC filings. They filed their paperwork on 10/16/2006 and your portfolio should be automatically adjusted within 1-2 business days.
Mind you this is just a CSR from Etrade. Anyway good to hear it will be resolved.

once again, that's the difference...
I posted that tough questions allowed.
I don't even necessarily require "facts" -- by that I mean, I enjoy good, solid, reasonable questions.
Now, on the other hand? there *is* imo too much mindless pumping here. lol, I "get" the enthusiasm of a run. Many here have been with me on a run...I get "bouncy," too. Yet, to "keep it real"? c'mon...some of these cats need to be reined in.
good, solid dialogue...that's my preference. And, yes, 10 of Redundancies...links are always better when presenting info that s/b cross-checked. Redundancy = safety factor.

how mis-stated? what's your source/proof, etc? [/QB][/QUOTE]
Others researched that, not me. I did not keep the link to the research. If you investigate the bond, you'll find that it has a face value of $700 mm. Now tell me how Rufus can claim it is worth $5 bn??? Of course, like all the others, it is owned by multiple parties. Rufus can NOT claim the face value as his.
