From what I understand, you are correct. From what I know, that's just a little bit nit-picky. As I said before, I have read 10-K's that reference 8-K's with no problems ("E") steming from this.
Probably some of the MM's have friends who work for the OTCBB. It's possible they asked them to "go by the book" on this one. Know what I mean? JMHO.

That is what I have been hearing by this boards Great DD. SO why cant the company just come out and say that? I agree with the good Doctor. SLOPPY workmanship on the 10k (even after an exTENSION) Could we just get our ducks in a row and head out to the NAZ pond please!
I think the delay in the filing was that they needed the new nobo list. Don't quote me but I have a feeling when the 10k was filed it was filed with the wrong dates to set a trap. that's just my theory. And I don't know if it was humble that posted it or someone else that they've seen plenty of 10-ks filed that referenced the auditors opinion and was not necessarily filed with the 10k.

I don't know that he did anything wrong Doc? People are saying that they've seen it just referenced to earlier filings. I mean they were the exact same numbers there was no change and it was the same audit.

St. Matt....At this point everyone here knows that if they can find a little spot to pick, they will. In most cases that 8K reference would be accepted. But what we have is many many shorties filing complaints to the "higher ups" to check this and check that. The result is what happened to our company. This could have been avoided if the proper reference was included. I am with all of you to the end of this story. Loooong to stay. I just think that the audit could have been put together a lot better.

I'm of the opinion it's wound so tight...someone put an order in for a few shares and the price went up...it'll stay up here until they start with the 400 and 100 share mirrors again...
although the 20 is about to cross the 200 intraday at a decent angle...so we could be going up here a little more...(edit)nevermind...i'm lost...

Just remember They are supposed to be in a meeting today with SEC lawyers today... I'm wondering if this evening they will PR something after they get some answers from today's meeting.

Worth considering...This meeting with the SEC lawyers might well have more to do with the final stages / signatures to complete the move to the Nasdaq. I doubt (seriously) that they were able to schedule a meeting and fly them in to Kennesaw Georgia within 24 hours of the whole "E" fiasco.

they will match, yet no market orders go through, the ask went up, the bid followed, still no orders filled, then markets orders OVER the ask got through...
Boy they are dragging feet big time...

just a thought if rufus told us to go camping for two weeks, sounds to me like we dont need to be at our computers for a while, which leads me to believe nothing will come out in a PR, because we should be camping, so my thought is i dont why would he PR something if we wont be at our computers, just a thought

Just on observation that may not mean too much...but FWIW...the alerts function on my scottrade got two hits this morning from "********* . com" and "Real Pennies" of articles on Conversion Solution with the ticker symbol CSHD......do not know if this is typical for these sites to continue posting with regualr tiocker symbol when a company gets an E..... but it is just a thought. Here is a fundamental question that might explain some of the recent price action.
"If I were to sell my shares today, would I lose the 6X shares that I am to get on or around Oct 30?"
If that question is "yes because you would no longer be a shareholder of record as of Oct 16", then here is what I might do if I were naked short this stock.
1) Phase 1 - Find another broker who is short as well and start flipping shares back and forth. This would erase my name as a shareholder of record as of Oct 16th. Any sells done prior to then would be erased and seen as a transaction done after the 16th. Bingo - I'm out from under the 6X that got dumped on me.
2) Phase 2 - After the books are cleared of me being a shareholder of record prior to the 16th, then start covering the shares I still have.
This process would take several days. It might also explain the low volume. These shares traded since Monday being flips back and forth between brokers to clear their names from the record while the longs like myself are holding tight. Phase 2 would where we would see the shorts starting to cover and the squeeze would be on, only with their original position, not the 6X position.
Would also make sense as Rufus said "watch for the volume to dry up..."
Also, this might lower the final number of shares outstanding as of Oct 30th and that would be good for us all.
Now if the answer to the question is "no, you are "stuck" with your 6 shares if you held any at all as of close on Oct 16th, then the above is meaningless. I don't know the answer to that question, so it seems important - especially for the shorts.
Can anyone or does anyone know the answer to that question?

Another very reliable source has confirmed what Tut had said last night. He spoke to Ben Stanley and he was trying to get on HSM last night. They are taking care of the problem and the E will be removed. TIFWIW. FYI:I don't doubt this individual at all.

I don't think the E has anything to do with the filings being incomplete or late...that was speculated. I think there was at least one other company that filed on time like we did, and they got the E too - I am leaning toward someone at the SEC forgot to do their job, and the E was accidental, bad timing to say the least, but accidental.
Does anyone really care here until the 30th anyway?

I used to be buds with James Fenimore Cooper the 5th (you know, great, great grandson of the 'Last of the Mohicans' author). He is quite the character. I turned him on to Golf. We were roomates right after college. I have been there a couple of times. Great little town and even better golf course.
