My concern is that the "E", from the auditor's opinion not being on the 10-k will hurt a possible NASDAQ move.

Agreed, that and the fact that they are able to manipulate the heck out of the price with the E attached....could take us too low...

Well it appears that this crazyness is not over.

According to the OTCBB we are still not on the list to lose our "E" tomorrow. Eventhough a few others from that list are. RUFUS?

Thanks for the tip, 10...

Jenna - tinypic sticks an IMG tag around the whole thing, and if you attempt to delete one of the https by itself, allstocks adds it back for you. Cut the part out that is between the [IMG] tags, and save only that part, then it will work.

Now I need to go home and find a better pic - LOL!

So it is... Thanks! I have watched these lists in the past build as the day goes by, but this seems to be the lates available and it is dated October 18, 2006 03:42 PM maybe there is still hope for tomorrow.

From Someone I trust:

I called the OTCBB and while I was being tranferred to voicemail, it said that a request for e removal can take up to 2 business days. So if they requested it today, it may not show up until tomorrow.....

I've been noticing that the mm's are keeping the ask below the real lowest ask currently showing ... like now I'm seeing the lowest ask at 1.55 yet 1.53 is the "ask" ... been seeing this all day!
