That picture was pre-baby...about two years ago...only one I had at work scanned in. I will have to get the hubby to take one of the everyday me with my all of my younguns...I'm so not the dress up type!

I think it is always interesting to see if your idea of what someone looks like is anywhere close to the real thing. I think this whole thread ended up being blessed in many ways other than picking a good stock play IMHO.

I agree. Maybe not in the long run but in the short term. I could be wrong but I remember something about also filing an Form S-3. One of the qualifications is that all of your previous filings have been compliant. Here's the S-3 form.

I wish that they had addressed also but maybe it is better that they get all the information and a plan of attack together prior to addressing it so they don't have to keep clarifying it. In other words know what they are dealing with and talking about before they comment.
