Ever want to be in before a stock jumped or gapped up in the morning? Well keep an eye on TRMM. Apparently I'm hearing a lot of news about a buyout. TRMM is the second largest ATM dealer and the first largest (cardtronics) is possibly looking to buy them out.

All you Chartist out there. Check it out. It's consolidating after a big drop. Extremely Oversold. Volume completly dried out. MACD on the move up. This could easily spike to the 50dma which is at $2.72. That alone is a 26% profit.

That's without the buyout. If this buyout happens which I'm hearing is at $9-11. This will jump to at least $9. And it's one of those "Dam I missed it" OR "Dam, I wish I was in right before that happened".

If the news comes out on the weekend or before 8am, the stock will just start trading above $8. Not saying this weekend or this week, but keep an eye on this one for sure! I just got in & want to help you all make some money.

We all know what happens when there's a lot of talk about a stock. [Smile]

Good luck all.

Okaaaay, no problem. Saw this thing dip to $2.10 today, picked up more at $2.11 for an average of just 22,000 shares *$2.15. They brought the price right back up.

THANK YOU WEAK HANDS!! Sellers are gone, MM's holding lots of inventory, Time to move up IMO. Go ahead MM's, Buyers are waiting for you.

Just a matter of time.

Only well informed investors are buying here.
The rest are waiting for a move up.

January 2004 - $10.70 +80% Increase

November 2004 - $17.37
January 2005 - $24.72 +43% Increase

Better have a good look at this! 85% of the float is held by Institutions. This makes absolutley no sense that the big boys didn't dump on the way down from $15. Either that or they've bought up from the new low's.

Hey BT,

We talked in the PMs. I bought some shares after doing some research. Problem is, it's still creeping down here daily. Are you buying more shares here to bring your basis lower?

Absolutly. MM's are testing the sellers. I'm average now 25,000 shares at 2.12. Not scared at all!

P.S - I remember watching this thing last November in a tight range between $6 and $6.25 or something. I remember it wasn't moving, then down 5% one day. I forgot all about it and one day I look at it and it's creeping up all the way to like $9.

ITS AT $2 NOW, NO BRAINER HERE.

This is one of those (can you believe I sold there) stocks. Because even thought it broke 2.10 support, I will beat myself up when I look at this 1 month from now and it's sitting at $4 like GIGM!!!!!!

But I just dont trade like this, I hate it. Maybe it's a fake out for a Gap up Monday monrning. Dont know now.

Still in.

I really have to read some strategy book on MM's. They seem to be the thorn in everyone's side and I really don't know enough about how they work. You have a ton of shares! Let's hope this works out. Aside from looking at the technicals in the stock, have you analyzed the financials? It doesn't look very good. Let's hope this does get a buyout bid.

I have reevaluated this stock. $2 is goodnight time.

When critical support levels get taken out on the intraday with volume, it means 2 things:
1. MM's want to accumulate more shares cheaper
2. It's the scared sellers pushing the price down.

I will assume it's both here. The bid/ask is up after hours but I ain't talking high about it.

I may have to put this stock on my 15% usually wrong side. I need to go back to trading my 85% right and stop dreaming about this one.

TRMM Technically, again:

Don’t let your head spin – Good stuff here by me:

I trade based on technicals and mostly the macd. The macd here is not showing me a sell yet. I have no idea why.

Usually when a price is weak and the stock moves down, the macd will point down or start to curl down, this one didn’t on Friday. Perhaps there were a lot more buys then people think.

Also note that when the macd comes from severe negative levels it moves up as the price moves down just to reset itself. Notice the macd has been moving up since the stock was at $3.20 in August but the price keeps moving down…HOWEVER…. Once the macd crosses above the main level or the “zero” level, price usually shoots up indicating strength!

So One of two things will happen here: Either the macd will start to curl down as the price goes down OR the macd will continue higher and the price will shoot up from wherever it is at that point. That should happen within 2 weeks looks like but the price could be at 1.80 before it happens, who knows. What won’t happen is the macd continue moving higher if the price drops. The next point of entry at that point would be where the macd stops on the downslide therefore possibly creating a positive divergence and a great entry point.

We tried to catch a falling knife!!
