Jenna I don't think so. At least I hope not. I just don't think you can request can you please remove the end from my ticker because it's really killing my stock price. I don't think it will be removed unless the situation with the auditor's letter is resolved.

Ryan, this is bothering me also. If it was something as simple as inserting a letter that was missing, why hasn't it been done and why would there be a need to meet with SEC lawyers. Secondly when I look at the list of delinquent companies, CSDH appears there with the reason:Delinquent. While another company on the list states: Incomplete filing. There seems to be more at stake here than a mere formality.

I thought that was because the auditor's opinion wasn't filed in the 10-k only referenced to it in the 8-k, and the otcbb wanted it filed with the 10-k

OH my G, Mr. Marsh told me to shut the F up in HS!!!! I was a social butterfly - if you could imagine. He called my mom & told her what he said to me & apologized & my mom was like whatever.. did care much! He taught Earthscience I just couldn't get it!!

No I'm not insinuating an investigation at all. This issue has to do with OTCBB and not neccessarily the SEC. As New2Market pointed out the reason for the "E" has been updated and shows it is because of the Auditor's Opinion. Should mean that it was missing from the filing. This should be something easily correctable.

The Company's plan of operations for the remainder of 2006 is to raise capital against its asset base and develop its’ role in the niche market for securities offerings using asset based funding techniques. Such a rating will be beneficial in Europe and the US.
