Born and raised, but lived in Des Moines Iowa when I was a kid (great memories there) and San Francisco Bay area in California in the mid 90's.

Coming from Des Moines, I thought you would know. It's the Des Moines Register's Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa. They've been doing it for well over 30 years now. I believe it's the largest organized bike ride in the world. It's HUGE in Iowa. I did it three years in a row, but had to miss last year because of another trip. Planning on doing it again next year. It's really a great time...kinda like Marti Gras on wheels.

imagine that africa heat with air so full of moisture you can drink it...
today for instance...in the 80's with 100% humidity...talk about disgusting...
I went to palm springs last summer...hundred or so degrees(in the evenings, lol) and no humidity...I was in heaven...
I dunno, Crab. Southern Louisiana is rough, but Southern Alabama is no picnic either. I lived in Utah and Spokane, WA for a couple of summers with the hot stuff and no humidity though - give me an outdoor shower ANY day!

Vin,
I lived there when I was 10-11 years old...back when the Cowboys beat the Dolphins in the Super Bowl. For those of you keeping score, that would be 1971-1972. I went to 4th and 5th grade at "Greenwood Elementary"...know where that is?
Have you ever done the "Hotter-N-Hell" bike race here in far north Texas? Same sort of thing...usually 20,000 riders with all sorts of distances up to 100 miles. I used to ride bikes in most of the area races....again, before I got married and had kids.

Nope, never heard of it. I don't do races, too much work! RAGBRAI is just a week long ride across the state. No racing skills required. Thank GOD!

Here's the OTCBB delinquet list for today. Still has CSHD on it. Also, check out the "Reason Not Eligible". That should confirm the missing auditor opinion that we've talked about.

Beautiful area, yes, it definately is...just plain hot and humid though....
Maybe if CSHD pans out, you can buy one of those homes on the bay....way overpriced, but definately gorgeous.
