glassman....I went over to the etrade site and checked CSHD. When it came up, it was CSHD gave the correct price and stated that the 10K was filed yesterday. There was no E at the end. I am not a customer at Etrade (I am with Scottrade and Smith Barney)but I went to their home page. Its crazy that one page of theirs says one thing and the other says its getting an E.

I would guess that is because of some automated system at the broker that flagged because of the day list entry that talked about CSHD getting the E designation IF they were not compliant. The company did comply, but that was probably not something the programers at the broker put into their automated system.
I don't know for certain that this is fact, but I would be willing to wager that my guess is pretty close to the mark.

The broker isnt putting an E on it, as far as I've heard they simply canceled GTC transactions because CSHD's name came up on a list... correct me if I'm wrong

What I dont get is why Rufus keep on insisting the due date was 9/30 when in fact it was 9/28. He also promised no "e". I know the 10k has already been filed,but you cant steal something from a store then return it and say nothing happened.

They were compliant and filed on time. THere is no "E". Check the OTCBB website that posts information on delinquent issues. CSHD does not appear on the list.
Wow. I guess they will accomplish something out of this afterall. Isn't strange that it's only Etrade and Ameritrade doing this? The stock will not be trading under 2 different symbols. The 10K was filed in the prescribed time.

I agree that we dont deserve the "e" since the 10k is already out,but I have to disagree that we filed on time. We were on the otc list for deliquent on the 16th, they didnt put us on the list just in case we didnt file. We were on the list because we were already late on the 16th.

you calling me a basher??? I was one of the few that went on to support this stock after the 10k came and everybody was crying of dilution. I have no problems showing screen shots of my ameritrade account.

People, take some time OFF. Everyone that posts here anymore is being labelled a basher. No wonder why people sit quite in the shadows afraid to post. Yes, some of the information brought up has been mentioned before but either ignore it or make a simple comment that it has been covered.
Listen, we are going to have LOTS of new posters coming to this board as more and more news sites covers CSHD. Some of these people are not at all aware of the things we are and are just looking for clarification. IMO we do a damn good job of scaring them to ihub, hsm or some other place.
Ive reacted harshly to some people myself, im not innocent in this case. But, im starting to get uncomfortable with the reactions.

important edit : Although it says CSHDE in my portfolio if i click the symbol it says no results found for that symbol. So, there seems to be no confirmation one way or the other

BASHER!!!!! J/K Hey Cat, look at the way people introduce themselves. I understand that there will be new faces and that's great, most everybody on here hasn't been in as long as you and I. My problem is the same song and dance. If they are really lurking in the shadows, reading the thread they would know what the heck is going on. If they just found the site, it might be a good idea to read a little before posting. I read for almost a month before I ever posted and when I did I just introduced myself, NOT hi I'm not a basher. Peoples nerves are shot on this stock and people have missed out on an opportunity to make good money here because people have scared them out of their shares. I'll question every one's motive until they show their true colors. I was one of the few who gave doc a chance when he first started and now I can see he has good intentions. JMO

Well, i understand all of that Cassity. I just think that some people are shy, cautious and downright afraid to post here because they HAVE been here a while and have witnessed new posters walk the gauntlet. I know that "hi im not a basher" is a bad way to start and i also know that our nerves are worn thin.
I honestly think some people are scared and dont know how to start but i also agree that some people have hidden motives.

THANK YOU!!!! I've been saying that to myself for a couple of days now. It's almost getting hard to watch. It's so degrading to be called bashers, peeps, or whatever name people come up with. It's gotten so bad that I don't even post here much anymore. We need to come down to earth people. Yes, there are bashers, no doubt. But if you think they are, just ignore them. Don't label somebody a basher just because you disagree with them. Odds are, you're wrong, and all you're doing is shooting someone down for no reason. I REALLY try to be friendly and sincere with everybody I meet, not just here, but in life in general. I'm not big on BB's, so I don't know all the abbreviations, names, etc...so yes, sometimes it's difficult for me to post things. I'm SURE others are in the same boat. So if they finally work up enough courage to post something (yes, sometimes it takes courage because this board can be very intimidating), it sure doesn't help to immediately label them. Maybe they just didn't type it in a way where their intentions were clear. Maybe they just are horrible typists (like me). Whatever it is, just give these people a chance. Let them talk, express their views, and who knows, they may come up with something that nobody else has ever though about.
Anyway, I'll get off my soap box. This is without a doubt, the BEST board out there for DD, talent, and even some great laughs...tons of good peope. I wouldn't be in this stock as strong as I am, if I didn't believe and agree with what's been uncovered here. Let's just not get carried away with labeling people. We don't do it when we first meet someone walking down the street, so lets not do it here.
