Because they have added value it takes care of the potential dilution. In most case the value is not increased so the PPS will be lower. This not being a dividend or forward split is the difference. No record dates or Ex dates none of that, according to Rufus

He just said. If they want to short it, bring it on. We'll hit them with something else

reset pricing. The purchase price of the common stock or the conversion price of a convertible security is set either (i) at closing or (ii) on a specified date after closing and is subject to adjustment (downward or upward) based on various criteria that can include fundamental performance (operational reset), a specified event (event-driven reset), or the stock price of the issuer at a given point in time after closing (threshold price reset).

I wonder if these "reset shares" have to go through a TA and all. Hope it's not like PAVC. I've been waiting for "round-up shares" (I know, not the same thing, but still) for about two months.

Would someone give me a scenario where someone "would" sell tomorrow...other than being uninformed. It seems to me that everyone who has shares today are in. Volume should be zero tomorrow.

Well I guess we have our picture now huh?
No hard feelings Wally, I like it that we were both a little right (Our disagreement was definitely before clarity and you definitely called the wait till we have more info.) I have always respected your opinion on here but I could not and still don't see this as dilution. Nice to hear him say it, but you are right the O/S has increased.

up to date on all the reporting. Now asking about Mike Alexander. Why was he the one to get the Amazon deal, RUFUS: Right place at the right time. NASDAQ is in the plans. It's the ultimate goal.

No problem. I thought it was a good discussion. THey way it should be to get to the center of things. One of the great things about this board. I also respect your views and past postings.
