A share issuance due to a reorganization through a merger. These are not dividend shares or forward splits. It's been filed since the original 8K merger agreement.

The reason I ask is because with us waiting on this divi...the price would have to be astronomical for us to consider selling...obviously forcing them to increase the share price into the stratosphere...

Someone please explain this if you care, say if i have 1000 shares before today and on Oct 30 i will get 6000 more so that makes is 7k shares. So 11.xx book value only makes sense if the pps rises to >= 11.x?. I know if it stays even where it is now we still make close to ~15k
