Correct me if my math is wrong but shouldn't we get 7 shares for every share instead of 6.
$15.00-$1.80=$13.20 divided by $1.80=7.3333 rounded down to 7????
The Threshold Price Reset means that for every share you owned as of the close of business today you will receive 6 additional share (no fractions will be issued and will be rounded down to the nearest whole) of CSHD on or around October 30, 2006. This transaction will take the total issued share number to 618,813,942 giving the corporation an estimated book value of $11.78,' stated Rufus Paul Harris, Chief Executive Officer.

I was just thinking that fhal. So is this the way it will go down?
tax they had to increase the o/s 6 times. Now on 30th when these shares become active what ever we close at on the 29th on the 30th we'll have 6 times the amount of shares, but our pps will be divided by six? At least that how I'm understaning this.

I don't know but this is better...especially since it tanked so hard. The further it went down this afternoon the more shares we get (right?). I bet this was the first time Rufus has ever wanted the pps down. Unbelievable...this guy purposely tanked his own pps in order to improve the results of this formula? Can that be right? LOL...

So with 6 extra shares per share I own I will have 71,911 shares * $1.80 current pps for a total of $129,440 or multiplied by the projected $11.78pps = $847,112 NOT BAD!!!

This thing is looking good, but I have some questions...
When did they raise the A/S to cover this? Did they have to?
Secondly, anyone want to guess what this will do to the pps tomorrow? It would seem like its too late for the shorts to cover. Is the pps going to be 1.80/6? I would think it would go up, but only because of the shorts. Since the date to get in on this was today, why would anyone want to buy tomorrow unless the pps is still really low? I think maybe he should have made the date tomorrow. That would have pushed the pps way up IMHO.
Good luck to us all!

Well, I guess you were right about that. Darn, 4 months of waiting and I panicked at crunch time.
This sucks.

I am feeling golden - I even bought more this morning - Sweet. I am reserving my emotions for the full out party when my account value increases. Awesome PR!

THe point I've been making is the dilution which the PR confirms.
That being said I'm glad I didn't sell today. The one question I have is that there is a requirement from NASD of a dividend being published 10 days prior to the record date. We need to figure out how Rufus got around that. Was it the fact that the 8K established a $15 reset.
Also this means that the MM's have no choice but to cover in the market.

Still an amazing buy, a 12 dollar stock (with no multiple) trading at 1.80, you do the math

Do you think they are stating that today is the "Record Date" and if so you would still be able to buy until the Ex-Date and still get the Divy. Just a thought.

So...here is the question...is the PPS going to top $71.00 in the next two weeks?

Shouldn't we see a Dividend/Split filing on this very soon?
