They have been waiting for the deals to be signed sealed and delivered. IMO, once the 10K, which we all already know the content of, is released we will see a barrage of PR's and 8K's like never seen before. It makes the most sense, since the biggest hurdle at this point is supporting the price after reset. In order to support the PPS after reset new bonds and new deals like the Amazon log deal, which to this point was not a done deal and not PRed by CSHD, will be what supports the PPS.
Could you imagine the effect a 10K followed by 3 or 4 Pr's on the same day would have?
Yes this is specualtion but it is speculation based on information that we have been given.

i expect a 10K tomorrow. i dont expect it to contain earth-shattering info, since weve already seen a lot in the 8k however, it will be yet another milestone that rufus will have met.
and give credibility to the company so we should see a rise in the pps.
does anyone know what time it should show up if it was filed over the weekend? ~BB

First file processing begins at 6:00 AM EST... It will be sometime after that depending on how many there are to post and provided it was filed between 5:30 PM EST Friday and 6:00 AM on Monday.

Whatever name you pick will be great. Congrats on your addition to the family. Myself, if all works the way it should, I'd be partial to Rufus. But that's just me.

I did not say instant listing was not possible... just not high on my expectations. It would be HUGE if he pulled that off. Blowing the freaking ceiling off this stock and making other seemingly unreachable goals like a PPS in the hundreds "very" possible.

However, anything could happen in this stock... I truly believe it. Hoping and banking on a positive cash outcome, but whatever happens will definitely be dramatic, mainly from all of the emotional buildup there has been.
Yes, I said emotional... purely from the storyline and the wish to see it take some sort of direction. It has been intense. Financial risk can only be shaped by good DD... and I think that the Georgia website would be the best place for newbies to DD, along with the released SEC documents.
One may be able to apply an appropriate financial risk to this by tomorrow for those interested in investing.... if this opens up even for trade tomorrow.

I don't envy anybody's having to make a decision about where to "buy in" to this stock. Most of us have formed a definite opinion on this over the last weeks. No matter if that opinion is that you have already made your decision for some time... no matter whether yer in or out.
We did well, umm ok, VERY well.... or got screwed slowly over these last months.

I feel absolutely positive 100% the 10K will be released sometime tomorrow. To take it a little farther, I think it will be released in the morning for several reasons. The main reason being the way my conversation went with Sabra. She was excited and wanted to tell me when on Monday but the lawyer told her she couldn't. It was the way she was talking about it. .....People ......I am like a little kid here waiting in anticipation. It's like a kid waiting for Christmas and Santa to arrive. I think I am going to leave cookies for Rufus. Most of the reasons that I am so positive about tomorrow being a great success is all of the fantastic DD that all of you have done. This is an incredible group to work with. I actually feel emmotional about this. GLTA.

It's interesting how everyone arrives at their decision in this.
It would be interesting how many longs there are that put themselves in the fullest position possible to fully realize all of that the corporate commentary has promised.
Yes... the DD here has been extremely good. And I am sure all longs that have utilized the information given here, are all equally appreciative of eachother.. no matter what differences we have had on this thread.
God... I really hope he's telling the truth. Honestly, I can't see how any group of people could deceive so many, and to the degree with which they have exposed so much information on this company...... they would have to be pure evil to lie.
Whatever your beliefs are.... let's just say it ain't "good karma".
I mean... they'd have to be some kinda genius sick individuals at this point. I mean GOOD. Most of us here have not drank that much Koolaid as to be dimwitted in chosing this stock.
Let's just say I'm highly optimistic that some good will come of this experience... no matter what.
