That dog is a 9 month old sweet cuddle bug puppy!!! LOL He can rest his chin on the kitchen counter... And New2 put a pic of her dog up also. Speaking of puppies...BB?

10 beautiful dog! We adopted a puppy from animal shelter. A Retriever mix. They said she would only be 50-60 lbs. She's 110lbs. now full grown.
She loves our little 6 month baby girl. I'll have to post a pic.

I can honestly say I am 99.5% confident the 10k will come out tommorow. There is no reason for them not to release it. They already released most of the info in the 8k, why would they shoot themselves in the foot?

I did not say instant listing was not possible... just not high on my expectations. It would be HUGE if he pulled that off. Blowing the freaking ceiling off this stock and making other seemingly unreachable goals like a PPS in the hundreds "very" possible.

I agree with you completely Tax. When I made the pee in cheerio's comment I was joking, because what a nice dream the scenario that the doctor brought over. I don't think it's very feasable for an instant listing on the nasdaq happen. I'd love it and wish for it, but don't really believe it.

It is definitely, without a doubt, the absolute last chance that I'm giving Rufus to get this 10k out. Emotionally, I just can't take any more of this day to day ride that we've been on for much too long now. This is by far the most confident that I've been that it will come out. Personally, the fact that he or others are "not" on the radio tonight trying to talk their way out of another one or trying to explain everything that needs to be done is a great sign...let the 10k speak for itself.
Sleeping may be a little tough tonight as I play the various scenarios through my head again and again, but tomorrow will be very interesting one way or the other.

Yes, but it is my understanding that they can add footnotes into the financials about the (already signed) deals that will be listed in the 10-Q next month. Sort of a glimpse at the future audited financials.

Alright let's really look at the reason the 10K hasn't been filed.
First, Rufus has stated that it is done and could be filed anytime they want to. So why haven't they filed it?
Some think it's because they will immediately move to NASDAQ, it's possible.
Some think that they will immediately announce a dividend, but how will this stop the shorts wince it takes 10 days notice for this to happen. It would just give the shorts 10 more days to cover.
So what else could it be. Keep in mind Sabra words of hitting Wall Street like a napalm bomb.
Also Rufus has stated that many more deals were on the talbe but had not been signed.
What can we logically deduce from this?
They have been waiting for the deals to be signed sealed and delivered. IMO, once the 10K, which we all already know the content of, is released we will see a barrage of PR's and 8K's like never seen before. It makes the most sense, since the biggest hurdle at this point is supporting the price after reset. In order to support the PPS after reset new bonds and new deals like the Amazon log deal, which to this point was not a done deal and not PRed by CSHD, will be what supports the PPS.
Could you imagine the effect a 10K followed by 3 or 4 Pr's on the same day would have?
Yes this is specualtion but it is speculation based on information that we have been given.

Ryan..they are listening to SPR (nothing major) and they are throwing guesses of PPS at christmas time around...VERY HIGH #'s...kinda make me feel like I am in the twilight zone..LOL

Wally very close to my thoughts...this thing is flying one way or the other...i simply can not imagine why all of these bashers and people have been attacking so hard...and why Rufus has stood tall...Tomorrow and this week is going to be a very defining moment for this stock! I am very excited!!! Let's get 'er done!

I'm hoping its already been filed and will show up bright and early in the morning !!! If Rufus drags his ass tomorrow , he deserves this company to go into the toilet . It will be no ones fault but his own !!!

Great point Portman...the 10-K has been done for quite some time...they delayed this for something...whether it be news, a new JV, leverage against something / somebody (the shorts), a move to Nasdaq...something big will drop tomorrow (or very soon)...I'm almost convinced of it.

tyleemary, they can't file for another extention.
10, Rufus and Ben have been talking about how CSHD will be the next Google for some time, and... with the way they have put deals together and are only starting to get the ball rolling, yes I'm starting to believe in 3 digit PPS after the flippers and profits are taken after reset.
I think that long term thinking is what helped sigh those world banks to Rufus, and "if" they are seeing "the big picture" then those institutions you can bet will buy EVERY share they can after the reset at $15.
All this is just talk, but based in facts...
Depending on what we hear this week (!!!) will tell us alot about what CSHD is REALLY all about IMO...
