so what's everyone thinking about that post from HSM. If it's the same guy from Ihub. He's been a big supporter of the stock as far as I know. If it's true Doc or Matt can you verify that with Sabra?

If it is due today Sarah and Rufus might just be saying Monday to catch people off guard. I would not be suprised if we got something today, that would make for a great weekend...

This is doctored. It is BS. I have spoke to 3 differant people Sabra, Solomon Smith Barney and another Broker. The brokers both checked and said 5:30 PM monday

It is incorrect Ryan... we have confirmed several times that a filing deadline that falls on the weekend makes the next trading day the "new" filing deadline.

I just received a call from Mitch Sepaniak...
This was from a voicemail I left yesterday about not being on the sharehoder list. He said that they are going to track down my shares from their end and I should request the actual certs. He wanted to know my broker(TDA) and said that others are in the same position. He didn't feel that there was a problem expect that they are not recieving a true shareholder list and they have a right to that information.
Also he said that they have received over 2500 voicemails and emails that they are responding to and plan to correct this situation once and for all.
By the tone in his voice...I think something is about to happen. IMO...Also, if something is not about to happen, why did he waste his time to call me back in such a short time frame. Sumptin is about to happen!!!!!
IMO...This company is the Real Deal!!!

I know Dog, they are desperate over there Its actually weird. The bashers who are usually calm, and pick and pick at every little thing actually sound angry today. I think they are looking for a panic sell, to try and cover. Then when the 10K does come out, they will short it again and start the bash all over again.

The math kinda works out ,,,, from the 28 of last month to today is 15 days......isn't it??
Not losen it or anything....Just asken if that extention REALLY WAS filed on the 28th

They filed the for the extension on the 29th...and if you add the 15days it puts it on this weekend... IF they were to have it filed on the 28th? Seems the SEC would not have accepted the filing for an extension on the 29th...sooo...I'm going with it being due now on Monday at the latest!

Thats the Dabate River, but the thing is that everyone gets so worked up over nothing in this stock. The bashers set up a feeling that the world will end if a certain deadline (that they usually invent) is not met. Then as it gets closer they keep chiming in saying (they're not gonna make it...better dump). They try and build the tension until a panic ensues. Its a very obvious tactic.

Guys quit calling and asking them when the filing is going to be... If they could tell you then it is public knowledge and it is in a press release.
Other than that they can not give you specifics, not to mention they know everything they say goes instantly to the message boards and get diseminated to MM's, shorty, and everybody. So why would they not use it as an opportunity to tell them what they want them to think.
The important thing is that it is going to be filed, and we are going to be happy when it is.
