A guy I work with decided to buy some CSHD this week. Unfortunately, he bought in at 2.86. He said when he called ST, they told him only 500 shares were left. I kinda laughed, because I'd never heard of anything like that. Anywhoo, I think the mm's are runnin a LITTLE low on shares. GLTA

Ryan ~ I think you hit the problem right on the head. The MM's have been throughing around so many fake shares lately that now the mad scramble for a few real ones has them on their knees checking out gum wrappers!
GLTA I got a whole stack of genuine gum wrappers and I am loving this climb!!!

According to Tut, the 10k can still have the (additional) bonds received to date via notes to the financial statements. I traded PM's with him last night. I have a message into him to see if I can post it here. I will let you know when I know.

It seems CSHD is a non-accelerated filer. The 10-K filing deadline for a June 30, 2006 fiscal year end was September 28, 2006. (90 days after the FYE). A Form 12b-25 (NT10-K) was filed which provides filers a 15 calendar day extension. The 10-K is due today, October 13, 2006, before 5:30 p.m. EDT.

Chart, where is the "bottom support" at? I'm looking to pick up some shares but want to get in low. Over at I-Bash there is a concerted basher effort to try and convince everyone that if the 10K isn't out before EOD that the sky is falling.

Excellent point rat.
That's why I wanted your longer term numbers, intradays aren't as set in stone, but with all the games being played here, it's at least something. been getting us in the ballpark +/- a cent or two...
