I can't speak for Rufus. He is very unconventional. I have dealt with several CEO's and they usually get something like a 10K out as soon as it is ready. I can never remember someone waiting to release it for the suspence. I would look for it today or certainly no later than tomorrow.

In my humble background, I have a hard time agreeing with this. I don't mean for this to be argumentative. I find it hard to believe that the shorts a getting one last chance to get out. I don't think anyone involved with this security is doing this. Other then the price moving down because there are doubters out there, I think the manipulation of price is over. If the above quote is accurate, who do you think is doing it ? .........In no way am trying to be a smart ass. I just don't think every time it goes down, it is because of manipulation. Because of what we know, this stock will eventually explode to a very high price. I think that in this type of atmosphere, you can expect slides. Good things are in the horizon for CSHD. Keep your heads up.

It's possible Chart: Remember when Rufus said he was negotiating with the SEC in relation to the shorts? It's possible the SEC asked Rufus to wait until the last possible moment...Possibly in exchange for no hassles in moving to the Nasdaq. Rufas has stated several times that this was his goal.
