Very frank with me.......Very classy smart lady....10K definately Monday (She asked me to wait for a second to ask a Lawyer if she could tell me what time on Monday)...OK...she is back and the Lawyers told her that she legally could not say what time on Monday. Absolute guarantee that all shareholders would be extremely happy with the 10K. The 10Q will be in November. She said contrary to the report in HSM, it was never stated that it would be out with the 10K. I asked why the wait for the 10K. I mentioned that at the Companies that I have worked with tried to get them out asap. She agreed but stated that there was an extremely good reason for the wait till Monday. Again she stated how happy all of us would be. Very talkative and wanted to get together with me to talk about future business dealings. I am ready.

Rufus said the other night that the company was worth close to 15 billion dollars...if everything that will be in the 10-K is stuff we have already seen (8-K, PR's, etc) when will we see the true value of this company (15 bil) reflected in the share price? In other words, when will we hear about the additional 6 billion dollars in assets?

It's not so unreasonable actually...think about it...how much does an A8, S Class, 7 Series cost these days? I just don't think that is a huge deal...people like nice things...and besides...that is just one more thing they can expense...

I believe it is the 10K. The 10Q will make us even stronger after the reset. That why people are talking about 75-100. The 10K will be enough for the reset.

Morning all...I will be in and out all day as I am working on something that is very important that deals with the banking software that most of you east of the Mississippi river use at your bank. I'm sure you want me to get it right...
I just wanted to thank those of you who appreciated and backed my post about my conversation with Sabra yesterday. You are correct about the DD on our board being 10 times better than HSM, but maybe Rufus and Tut picked that one because it reaches more people. I really try to bring something to this board, but my job does not always allow me the time to do extensive DD. With a newborn and a 6 year old…well my home life is pretty busy as well.
GLTA today...me really think this will happen on Monday, but Sabra did laugh at the Friday the 13th theory and said that it would not surprise her if Rufus did something like that.

This is what I'm saying...total class act and makes you feel important when she talks to you. This is pretty much what she told me, except she pinned down Monday this time. Keep me posted Doc.

good point chart. It seems like we've had more time to actually do DD. Since we weren't constantly battling infighting and defending the stock, and if Rufus came over hear I'm sure we would've had to do a lot of it. Due to the fact of the people that bash were ever he is.

OMG... look at this Volume... I bet the MM are on the market floor fighting over candy wrappers thinking they might possibly be a share of CSHD.
It is like every share is locked up in somebody's vault until after the 10K.
