I know that theres no real time thats why i said ....MIGHT... be going to nasdaq it would be halted for 3 days then we would show up there if this is what is going on...and hopefully at the last minute, like rufas likes, wed get a pr or 8k LOL

How is BoA btw? I use them for my regular banking, and can get $7 trades from them, so I've been thinking about looking into them.
I just started.. not enough experience to say much about them.. But everytime they have called me or i've called them, they have been very helpful and answered quickly. IMO they do lack on features for searching stocks... they are more centered around the large cap stocks, obviously.. So its more difficult to find the little gems in the rough.

He was talking about Threshold Price Reset and distribution of shares when he said that not the move to NASDAQ,

ok as far as rufas ,he said they have been compliant since last tuesday...about nasdaq...compliant means ready or disposed to comply: submissive dispose means arrange, settle ,get rid of comply means conform with a request, rule, etc. go to bed nothing anyone can do but wait for tomorrow

Never was with Ameritrade. Been with Scottrade. I haven't had many problems with them but will be looking into Choicetrade and lowtrades over the next few weeks as back up brokers. One lesson from this has been that you need more than one broker for a couple of reasons. If your broker restricts buys for any reason you can buy through your secondary broker and the other is for the GEEK Play. THe plays where having less than a 100 shares after a reverse will give you 100 shares after the reverse. Multiple accounts allows for multiple opportunites to profit.

ya...that's the way I understood it: NASD (not the exchange, NASDAQ) is supposed to be notified, whether they "approve" or not.

My point? If you are looking for a method to the madness, be sure to read what is written, not what you want to see. As of Sept 29th was the merger complete?
If the merger finalization means the final day to be counted then Oct seems to have really been the last day to climb on the train:
