Don't forget that at any moment also Rufus could pull the final trigger and we will be on NASDAQ. He already said yesterday it was already approved as of last Tuesday.

Hey I was just stating something ole tut said and so far hes just as good as rufas LOL I am no starting anything Ive done my dd and have not gotten caught with pants down you need to chill too much chit going on and you dont control my $ 's Rumors, I do not spread I said might I didn't say definately and rufas said it was a 3 day halt to nasdaq listen to him! 13000 share acquisition in that amount of time, that is confident nice going. I got my dad 2000 more 1.5hr before close Monday and have had my 28600 since June. I transferred these out of TDA and thus was not on the Oct3 list and called Mitch's number at the top of the list. Basically he said a new list was due out in ten days but might be delayed and that we would be on that list. You may want to call and confirm. He called me back after I e mailed and left him a voice mail. - CON

I listened to Rufie last night,he's awesome.
Just one thing I don't understand. He refers to the list on the website but the date on the website is Oct. 3rd. I am on the list but on the 16th I owned over 10,000 shares but as of Oct. 3rd I owned 3,000 shares.
Why aren't they changing to list on the website to the date of the 16th instead of the 3rd.
I know some people who bought in after the 3rd but before the 16th, and they are not on the list.
So what is the signifigance of the date of Oct. 3rd?
Hey Thanx!! I'm on the list but my mom isn't, she emailed him & we are waiting to hear back. Actually I have 10,000 shares total, & I'm very happy with that!! You have a nice chunk, going to be even nicer on the 30th!!!

That's the second time today that TUT is wrong. First he stated that if the PPS reached $15 prior to the 30th the additional shares would not be needed. Why was he wrong because the additional shares are a done deal as of yesterday and the only thing we are awaiting is the distribution on or around the 30th.
In his lastest post he stated that Rufus said we are approved to move to NASDAQ. Wrong again, Rufus stated that we had met all the requirements to move, big difference. They are negotiating with MM's to underwrite the move and quote it when the move happens. Be careful. Don't believe everything posted. We still need to be doing our own DD. DD is an ongoing labor. Do not stop. Read the filings yourself and listen to the show so that you know what RUFUS actually said and didn't say. Interpretation of the individual posting has to be taken into consideration Why not hear from the horses mouth,
Be Careful. Rufus did say that listing on NASDAQ is the ultimate goal and has been but not that an approval had been issued.

my assumptionis that they ordered a new list at close on the day of the reset (yeterday)
that's the only way they would know...
it is possible that they will actually order the list on thursday at close, because that is when the settlements will be finished from Monday;'s trading....
they may order both....
Makes perfect sense!

I'm just got off the phone with etrade. They said they received a Bloomberg report saying that there was no filing. Etrade researched this and found the report and the E will be taken on the account in the next day or two. Not to worry we're OK.

I agree but why worry man we are gonna get it rufas isnt that stupid hes come too darned far and a long time ago I said on this board he has a vengence and just be happy its towards the shorts! Man I am here for the same reason and would never start chit to f with peeps and their emotions I know how peeps are and that would be wrong...thats why know what you are about to hold before putting hard earned $ or free $ hehe into a stock.. Don't screw with me either cause I am cool and don't take chit when it's mean... so we cool man? I am honest and am not a cruel person ...
