Yea, I did = another wrench in the tool pile! There are likely long term benefits for everyone on this stock if we do it, but to be honest, this is new territory for me and I'm a little unsure. I'm sure I'm not alone.
...thinking about this as I type...ok, tomorrow I'll get certs on 50% of my stocks and let the rest ride. Is that far off from others? From what I can recall reading, it may be a little lower, but jeez, I could really use a new patio out back for next to my hot tub!

The reason I decided to finally post is because I wanted to say thank you to all on this board that have done so much dd and helped everyone out.
Anyway, MNvestor can you at least tell us the "something" that Jesuspower1 knows that we don't?
Welcome. Don't be afraid. Many here are willing to aid you if we can. Hey, I never posted anything on a message board of any kind until last year. My first post on a stock message board was January of this year. Of course it was a question but I got answers. It can be intimadating at first but the worst part is that it's addicting.

I believe he has stated that shareholder should request cert's in a PR. I'll look and post it later. But my recollection is that he did.

Point being, people are concerned that if the stock resets and we dont have shares in our name, then we won't be entitled to the reset price. In my opinion this is bullsh*t because wouldnt our brokerage or Rufus tell us it is REQUIRED, instead of Rufus requesting us doing it months ago?

Simon is a contradictory liar. Ive listened about 6 hours total to him and he goes back and fourth across ideas and ideals more than a drunk driver on a two way.
He has said hes a momentum trader. Hes said hes long. Hes said hes flipped multiple times.
We all know al gore invented the internet, im just waiting for simon to say he invented the stock market.

Jenna...what he is talking about right now? Is why I am not getting my certs...that is how I trade...If I decide to invest in this (not trade)...then I will get certs...

That's exactly what it boils down to 10...trading vs. investing.

Me too... If I decide to keep some really long term I'll get my certs. It's just scary because you can't sell immediately. So you're not getting certs at all?

Well, THe board recently voted about the possible $15 buyback. What you really have to think about is, who is ultimately responsible for the counterfeit shares? Not the comapny because they never issued them. Now the question is: The broker, the MM or the DTC? They will pass the buck for as long as they can. How long do you want to wait for the courts to settle it. According to some of my research the DTC is ultimately responsible. How easily will we get our money from them? All we have is questions because we have all these big boys(Brokers, MM's and DTC) covering their own A$$.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I feel like I know most of you because I have read every page of this thread since I got in. So I know it is very addicting.
I hope this all works out for everybody! I really want to tell my husband "I told you so". He thinks I'm nuts when I try to tell him what is going on and now with Tut and all...he may be right.

If Rufus wants to "help" shareholders, and give the gift that keeps on giving, I have no doubt, that he would make sure to tell us that the CERTS are required, if he knew the company was thinking of buying us out, or thinking of doing it.

Exactly 10. I won't get certs because I want the control to sell when I want. I'm a swing to short term investor. I don't have children to leave it too so I'll enjoy my profits and decide how to spend them.
