BB, in the interview last night Rufus found this quite funny. He said CSHD never authorized that and that and indicate they would get to the bottom of it. They have authorized no shares to be traded on that market.
i know thats why i brought it up earlier. i just didnt realize it had happened rite before the 10k was scheduled.
to me that would be a good reason to delay the 10k too.

BB ~ you beat me to the Berlin exchange post. MT if you click on Stocks at the top of the page from your link, choose Companyname from the drop down, and type in conversion in the text box you will get the snapshot page that BB posted.
BB - if you read back aways I have a post with a link to a Forbes 2000 article that says Enviro bought Eco-wood. I am guessing Eco-wood's name survived, and I did find another couple of links that show Eco-wood has two addresses. One in TX and one in Brazil. The phone number in TX showed as some guys house, and then a bank location neither on Main Street so I figure the phone number has recycled a bit in the past couple of years. I am thinking that if I keep digging I am going to find another virtual office in TX.
I have found zero proof of current license in Brazil, even though I have poured through several Portuguese websites at this point. The latest license seems to have expired in 2003 and allowed for Rainforest Preservation to harvest an average of 75 logs... but I do not know the "average" time frame. Once again I posted links to these license a few pages back. They are the long Google translation URLs.

YAY! Ok, i have a PC to work on while im in Germany. However, i dont have much time at all to read and im out of the office around noon EST so im still blind in the afternoon. Im happy to see talk of the log deal again but still cautious why it was played down the last couple of months and is now in the spotlight again. I am here with a few Brazilian colleagues so if there is anything that may need some translation please IM me about it.
My apologies for those of you that may get spastic emails from me while im here. Im having a rough time being away from my second family here during these particular days!
Holding strong and even considering dumping some other stocks that are stagnant to grab a few more CSHD, assuming the price is right.

I haven't been able to dig much up on this ecowood ltd. This is one of the things I found about the Rainforest Preservation foundation.
Rainforest Preservation Foundation has placed more than 8 million acres of Brazilian Rainforest in trust. They work with the village communities to improve farming and gathering methods so that they can benefit from the Rainforest without destroying it.

hey chart. How do you read this last pr. Do you think this is going to be a sub of ours or a JV. I see no reason why we would have released a pr for them, but tax maybe right in his assumption of that. I do want to say the numbers they put on the pr could take 25 years to get anywhere near those numbers not saying that's bad. I just don't want a bunch of people thinking we're worth over 4 trillion dollars.

Not 75 logs...much more than that. It was a volume measurement from what I recall last night. I will not post it since it is not in front of me...but far more than 75 logs.

Hey Ryan ~ I think until more comes to light, I'll just view it as a very positive step in the right direction. With Mr. Alexander holding 20 million shares of CSHD I'm sure he'll make sure it effects our bottom line some how, -wouldn't you?
I'm more curious as to how in the H*LL New2stocks pulled that PR BEFORE ANY of the news sites had it!!!
