I was a bit afraid they would hold this down if they could. Fact is this stock is only as valuable as the 10K says it is, and we have no 10K to help back us... yet.
As for the reset I think this was part of Rufas's plan. Remember he does not have to reset if the price is over $15 dollars. I think he really thought this news would do it. I know we all did. I am holding as always, but I am holding for a 10K... I will send my letters but honestly I don't care what shorty does. It is his books, and his fine, and his bad decision that he has to worry about not me.

well I think I'll take off my seatbelt and feel free to roam about the cabin for now. Still holding was excited this morning which doesn't really happen to me with this stock lately. So far the MM's stepped on my fun today.

Is there anything that could cause a mandatory sudden coverage of all shorts? Like moving exchanges. If we moved up to AMEX or NASDAQ would those shorts have to be covered immediately.

Yes it did go to 76.3 million.
It is clear as day now. They will not pay until somebody holds their feet to the fire. The question is will someone do it (GOVMT).
Unless they are convinced this is a scam, but the activity does not support it. They would let it run and continue to short the hell out of it if they were convinced they would be able to buy them all back at less than .10 after Sept. 30.
They called Rufus bluff. What card will he play next cuz nothing has changed the MM's stance.

Or did Rufas work out a couple of quick deals late last night....

I think it is odd that 600K traded in the first two minutes. Almost like shares were waiting for someone at a set price.
Just because the float was bought up by a trust does not mean they couldn't be released into the market at the sole dicretion of an MM that has chosen to support our share price....{**pop!**}
... sorry my head just popped from all the speculation. Appologies, I am just typing and this thought is totally unfounded. JMO

Glassman made two points last night. First, people need to hold their shares and second we need buying to produce a short squeeze. Although there has been some buying, I don't think it's heavy enough to overwhelm the MM's. I think that this companies reputation outside of those who have done DD, is kinda of BAD. I agree with all who have stated we need the 10k to break this bad image. GLTA and this is still B/S btw: if I misinterpreted you glass, please correct.

THEY DO AND MANIPULATE AS THEY PLEASE !
And what happens if there is a reset? They just pay a fine and be on their merry way leaving a load of people unable to sell their shares because they dont exist? Please elaborate.........

Personally, I think the company is only being "made out" to be bad. The bashers have been in full force on this thing for quite some time now, and we've managed to hold up better than most stocks would have. I don't buy into the idea that their reputation is bad...IMHO that's just what they're trying to get people to believe.

Cass - I don't think you misinterpreted... heck you even sounded like Glassman there for a second.
Sooo... who is near the "buying" pressure valve? Give that puppy a spin would you, let's open it up. Oh... looks like the only one near the valve is Rufas. well~ GLTA

Ok, we have shorts/mm's knowing they're in trouble and trying to contain the situation as long as possible. It is the shorts vs the longs, 15,184 vs 6,184 (30,918,339 "free trading shares" divided by 5,000 shares per long). Now I know many of us have many more shares than this, but one can see the weight on this one!
Hold tight!

I've played with that idea.. but he can't touch that, it would take the boards vote to even try... IMO

Catia - yeah that is where they miscalculated... usually when they are done shorting a stock there really isn't anything left of the company, so it is just swept under the rug.
This one has stood up to the manipulation so far, and has a number of government ties. so sweeping this under the rug is a bit more difficult.
