WOW - that is definately interesting news. I really believe that we will see the 10-K before Monday morning, and Monday will be the day to remember.....

yeah sherri but the transferring bank wants 2 days to verify the transfer destination... only way is if i go to the branch. which i may do on saturday so they money is there monday. just in case i have to panic sell and buy back in
but i cant trade monday regardless cuz im in the tv studio so im screwwwwwwwededed

If the 10K does not have to come out until Monday I hope they release before the bell, if not there will be a sell off to remember. I'm holding either way, but I really hope we see something today!

Not only didn't I sell I bought a few more, not a lot but a few more towards the end of day. Not worried if the 10K comes out today or Monday but it's still possible for it to be posted after market today. We will see.

Remember what Rufus said a while back...he does not want traders holding his company's stock. He is probably testing us as well as the dark side.

I just can't imagine Rufus holding that filing knowing a sell-off Monday would be likely giving the shorts ample opportunity to cover.
Anyone else heard anything from Tut - our guy who said we would see something by close?

i recently oppened an account with Choicetrade and i went to the bank this morning placed a wire stransfer and by 2pm i called CT to see if it would show on my account today and as i was on the phone the with person he told me they had it in the system and he immediately made it available for trading.

I hope they file by Monday morning because my husband's best friend and I are kidnapping my husband and taking him to Chicago for his birthday. Leaving around 11:00. He knows nothing of this stock as I wanted to show it to him after all is revealed. Hope I can make it through the day.

You and this short covering. You fool MM'S cover on the bid not on the ask. You are so hard headed.. Have you ever shorted a stock then covered it? I assume not, because if you did you would know that a stock isn't covered on the ASK which would cause a stock to increase in value.
