Good for you stocktrader...I am sure that you already "protected" your capital...sooo any sell would be pure profit...
If this is reset to the 54, 22 or 15...I really think that Rufas has "something" up his sleave to make it stay up...maybe not as high as the reset...BUT...most definitly higher than we are at...(fingers crossed) Why would he "do all this" and go through a reset with no plan to keep that reset higher? Just to say he "did it?" I gotta believe that there's something....

From what I recall Rufus is CEO and stockholder of conversion solutions. FHAL or CSHD is a seperate company that he is not a significant owner in. He would have to notify cshd that this deal is cancelled. If this did occur the MM's would know and the share price would have plummetted today. This did not occur. They prevented a price rise or drop today. I tried to sell 85,000 shares from 3:30 to 4pm today at $1.009 and only sold 400 shares. This was deliberate. No one sold cheap and they did not allow a run up. This is good news. I tried to sell for a flip tomorrow but I am glad I did not.
Others please add comments. I don not see anything bad here.
I may be in a world of babies and responsibilities, but don't think for a second that will stop me from getting my Italian engineered road rocket. Just means I have to upgrade the house to one that has a much larger garage.

In the event that the Actual Average Closing Price is less than $15.00, the CSHDSurviving Holdings Company shall deliver written notice to the CSVUCompany no later than the second (2 nd ) Business Day preceding the Closing Date pursuant to which the CSHDSurviving Holdings Company shall elect, in its sole discretion, to: (a) maintain the Average Closing Price at a price equal to the Actual Average Closing Price; (b) set the Average Closing Price at $15.00 and pay the holders of CSVUCompany Shares receiving shares of CSHDBuyer's Stock as Merger Consideration (after giving effect to the allocation procedures set forth in Section 2.4 ) an amount in cash equal to $15.00 minus the Actual Average Closing Price per share of CSHDBuyer's Stock to be received by such holders of CSVUCompany Shares; or (c) set the Average Closing Price at $15.00 and pay no additional consideration to the holders ofCSVU Company Shares receiving shares of CSHDBuyer's Stock as Merger Consideration (after giving effect to the allocation procedures set forth in Section 2.4 ). In the event that the CSHDBuyer elects option (c) described above, the CSVUCompany may terminate this Agreement by providing the CSHDBuyer written notice of termination no later than one (1) Business Day prior to the Closing Date.

sandor...they are not really seperate anymore...and Rufas has been "signing" the 8K's and what not...he is the "one in charge" of both companies...
No it's not a"bad" thing that we didn't hear anything today...i was just pointing out that "we" the "share holders" won't really know until later..."Rufas (the CEO of CVSU) will notify Rufas (the CEO of FHAL) that CVSU does not care to follow through with the planned merger of CSHD...oh and Rufas is the CEO of CSHD...? (I'm really just trying to make Light of the subject)
When the TA told me that there was already old CVSU shares "counted" in the float and O/S...I was much more comfortable...and I was told that a couple of weeks ago...and then again today...I am just wondering about the S-4 filing...but I guess that could have been filed already and not showing? I don't know how all that works...

I do think we'll see somekind of "statement" PR about the finalization of the Merger, I would think they would have to talk about the 10k at LEAST also, and ""maybe"" the reset date.
But I would think that there should be something about the 10k... The 10K is either going to MAKE or BREAK us! PERIOD!...
I think this is going to be a happy ending myself.
There's nothing that says the 10k can't come out in 10 minutes either...

OT - I knew once I got home to my notes I would have gotten my 20/80/300 plan completely wrong. 23 20% gainers, 8 80% gainers, and 4 300% gainers reach the goal which is 900K from an original 15K investment. Here is the schedule I worked out in Excel. I hope it pastes here... if not I will try and fix it.

My point is the MM "support" we saw today.... not the rule....I'd have to check... the point is the positive involvement of an MM that Rufus said he needed post re-set.

ARCA around 3:30 raised the bid above $1 and kept it there. No other MM'S on L2 joined in. This made no sense as $.99 or lower would have gone thru. Please read between the lines. Hints are being given if you watch and listen.
