Do you know if a reset, along with significant PPS jump has happen to another stock in the past?

There was one mentioned not to far back in the thread...TVB or something like that...you'd have to check...
But yes....resets do happen....when there is a re-orginization of sorts...

Again this is "some of the old CVSU shares" not all...and he did say that they would need to have all of the CVSU accounted for before the 10k would be filed...and "he had heard" that the 10k would be either this week or next...

Soooo, this "NOBO" that they are wanting for tomorrow end of day? that is needed in order to complete the 10k..Correct?

Thanks for the info on the STOCK 10! Tomorrow should be fun! Have a great evening everyone! [Big Grin]

Sorry, i didnt mean any harm and i surely wasnt labelling you as you suggested. I just felt it was a loaded question, im sure im wrong.

As for the stocks you call POS. I dont know the answer for that because ive never DD's the ones im referring to. Have you? Because it would have been more helpful for those people in the threads you posted to if you had actually explained WHY it was a POS. Just a thought.

Again, no harm intended.

In most cases, when I posted a stock was a POS, previous posters have done the same. I don't make it a habit to go into a thread and call the stock POS without it being the general consensus of that thread - and by the way, the stocks I posted as POS - I own, or have owned, so I know the history and DD of them.

I don't know of one with what I would call a SIGNIFICANT price increase, but the PRs 10of13 mentioned supposedly will support it. The last PR I saw that talked about price was in the $26 range - the $54 I believe came from the infamous barbecue - a "he said she said".

On around page 67 (Sept. 8th timeframe), TBV was mentioned, along with its particulars, though like 10, I believe it has been torn apart before earlier in this or another thread.

PPS dropping:
What if?????????
I Pr comes out stating that the spin off stocks will be for share holders who are holding at the end of the second day of trading after reset.

The PR also states that several "deals" are now done that didn't make the 10k, so even though the PPS is coming out at $54 it really is a $120 stock right now, and with (fill in the blank) company now joining the PPS will soon be in excess of $200.00.

I could go on and on on how Rufus could get people to NOT wantto give up thier shares!

If Rufus really laid down a solid PR with facts and figures, yeah, the IPO price might just climb.

This is something each person will have to decide for themselves...

We know Rufus is up to something.... -what is it?

-and how BIG is it?....

Soon we'll know IMO ~ [Big Grin]

Bump
Well Rufus isn't dumb, and something like this you can't predict there is just no way to know...

Rufus did say $30-$60 short term, and $100-200 long term!" Rufus stated on a public board the $54 price too, supposedly where we are at now, had the deal go through on time, Rufus would've been right on in his $30-60 prediction.

So yeah, I'm watching the wire Rufus, just like you said!

Yes this is looking on the bright side of things, but these things did kind of come to pass. So we'll see...

GLTA!

I will find the link on HSM for us tonight when I get home. There were several who maintained and extended higher from what I remember. Let me verify that and get that info here.

Tut certainly is fun.

Chartwalker...very interesting prognostication. BTW, I tend to subscribe to that analysis ATM.

BTW, has anyone who really thinks this stock is good near or long term placed it in thier Roth IRA?

*That's a hint folks*

This stock is not going to squeeze until we get a trigger. That may be the s-4 or the like. Once volume is triggered the squeeze will trigger. Right now we longs are almost tapped out as a group and we need fresh buyers.

While I am happy * $1.50 and above I think we will be rewarded. I keep looking for the scam...and not finding it.

In case anyone was wondering...some will be sold at reset, some a bit later and a good bit will be held long based on my current view of the company which is subject to change at any time.

Well, let's see. In a nutshell.

You pay taxes on $1000 and place it in your Roth. The you invest the $1000 in any number of the ways you are permitted to. Let's say you buy CSHD and it turns into $50,000.

When you take that out after retirement you end up paying no tax on the gain. Roths are also inheritable with certain advantages. the disadvantage is that across all your IRAs you can only put in $4000/yr or $8000 for married couples.

Portman, I am hoping to buy a new (bigger) house for my wife and two girls. I kinda like the idea of not having a house payment.

If / when this does work out for us, we will need some major Tax advice on how to keep Uncle Sam's grubby hands off of our money.

Ryan...the idea of knowing you have a place for your family to live and be safe no matter what is a pretty cool feeling. How old are your kids?

I will use some of the money to buy more XKEM stock.

Babies everywhere, and all trying to pay off mortgages! LOL

I am 35, hubby is 31 (three cheers for the cradle robbing woman), and we have a precious 4 year old girl and 7 month old boy.

First order of business is an off season pool....

Did I mention I am the luckiest person on this board, even with the mortgage? [Wink]
