Yea, there is another IHUB poster from his "organization" too. "Lady" something, id have to dig it up again. Judging by their site they seem to like IHUB for their "work".

so... 5 free trades. heah.

of course, the resource desk said nothing. theyre pretty consistent now with their 'corporate decision' answer.

there's about 80 stocks on the restricted list.
-manual transaction & review
-SEC investigation
-other reason

there's about 30 that fall under the same as CSHD - 'other'

another example is CITI, cantebury consulting group... i havent looked them up yet.

he said the list is liquid, and therefore the decision can change at any moment and they can begin accepting opening transactions.

the last news I could find was when it was delisted in Dec. 2004 by NASDAQ for not keeping it trading value up high enough...

after that no news...

and that occured because they went private in Nov. 2004 at the price of .40 a share filing an 8k and all for the bid...

this occured because the trading had become "illiquid"

Funny...MSN quotes CITI * 1.50 and Yahoo quotes it at .38. Very little news to be found on either site and pinksheets dot com has no recent news.

it's actually very similiar to what CVSU was pre-merger...

private owners...so that means no news...thats why my etrade news has the newest info being from when they went private...

i dont' think it makes all that big of a difference anyhow...

BB - I wrote TDA customer service an email and told them that they just lost a potential future customer based on their "corporate desision".

Not like it is going to make much of a difference but every little bit of pressure helps.

By the way did you have any print ads with that Macy's TV spot. Saw a Macy's ad last night with about five people on it and one pretty lady in a peach colored dress which resembled alot of your website pictures. Sorry to say I saw the ad as I was re-lining the puppies kennel so I had a pretty good laugh at the time.

I think little "Duke" likes you. He shredded that section over night. It sure beats what he could have done. LOL [Big Grin]

hsm...

They have to allow buys if written instructions are sent in by fax and then followed up by an immediate phone call. Most if not all brokerage firms have the clause in the original agreement you signed that they can refuse to take an order unless written instructions are given. This is how they protect themselves and this is also a good indication they are now in a sqeeze. The orders need to be made very firm and everyone has to be very insistent with their brokers.

heah. tax, ur funny.

TDAm has been very 'nice' about the situation. and giving me the CITI ticker as a comparison i felt was verrrry beneficial.

their 8k looked a lot like ours.

Here's a pic of our Golden napping, she's passed on now. The chocolate lab idolized her, and for good reason.

wow 10, you must save on gas riding your "dog" around! lol ~

Nice dogs guys... Have a doberman myself, Roxi.

I'm sure this will go up, they aren't going to just open the flood gates otherwise we would be at $5 right now... They'll try to be sneanky and uninformed investors will pay the price. Knowledge is power.

But we know the deal, and TDA is on the clock now and Wednesday is right around the corner! The very last day will be interesting, no more games they'll be out to cover. IMO ~

I saw in the paper that they have a "new designer" dog...a "doberdoodle" (doberman and poodle)...that is wrong on sooo many levels...

thought for sure we were going to dip under a buck there...

I had a newfoundland he was about 180lbs he's passed on now. For anyone with the room incredible dogs. Just had to give away my rottweiller puppy because I just had a new baby and it wasn't fair to the puppy. I gave him to my aunt with her kids and he's a big mush, and a big rottie going to be about 140lbs+

jeese...all these super special breeds, lol...

but I love my three...i've got one 110lb black lab, one 75lb choco lab, and a Jack Russell...and i'll be damned if that Jack Russell isn't the most agressive thing when it meets other dogs...it doesn't matter if he is as big as the others head...he is still going for the throat(when playing with my younger choco he is able to flip the lab over, lol)...
