KENNESAW, Ga., Sep 05, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Our-street.com, a financial watchdog website has received, from a third party, a copy of a Cease and Desist Order dated August 31, 2006 by the Humanitarian & Scientific World Foundation, LTD a Georgia LTD Foundation toward Conversion Solutions Holdings (OTCBB CSHD). The Order terminates the previously announced deposit of two financial instruments totaling over $1.328 Billion into Conversion Solutions' account. In addition to claiming Conversion Solutions failed to provide agreed upon credit facilities, the order also accused Rufus Harris, Conversion's CEO, and the company of "a potential attempt to deceive our organization."
According to an article in the New York Post, a spokesperson for the Fund acknowledged the order and confirmed that the relationship between Conversion and the Fund is over. An email received by Our-Street.com from the Fund further indicates that Mr. Harris is aware of the situation and is attempting to make amends to the Fund.

Don't get me wrong I don't care that this is going down in price, I know how valuable these shares really are. I just don't like BS price manipulation and this is icing on the cake.
