Listen to this. Just came from the I-crap board. I posted a valid question and it was removed by Matt in 60 seconds. I ask why would Serfdom stay up untill 4:07am posting "information that will save us from making bad investments" unless he will profit from it. I would not do that unless money was to come my way.

now? that makes sense...
if you guys are gonna use email accounts to try to DD some "wierdstuff" ? get a yahoo or a hotmail acct.. they won't work to sign up here...
BUT? if they get spammed? just dump 'em and make another..
we tracked down several of the suspicious PR and e-mails from the "bashers' to yahoo accounts..
that's why they used them... Inktomi servers are used by Yahoo

Good point glassman. Thanks for the good ideas as I have not alot of experience. Was just an "inexperienced" statement of "what if analysis". Nothing wrong with that on Allstocks, right!?
I would PM you but its been taken.
And I most definitely have an issue with your statement that "name-calling will get you banned". It does not and many are still here that do it everyday! Why let that happen but then turn around and ban folks like me? Ya'll (someone of course but I cannot point as it was never told to me) take "my" own line out of context and automatically ban me without giving a reason besides my own line back. And took my PM in which I use to talk to friends and discuss charts for learning purposes.....

I do have multiple email accounts but when sending the one regarding the C/D, I overlooked changing the account structure of my Outlook to use one of my "discardable" email accounts. It was an oops on my part.

Off topic, "Why, what do you mean?" Aren't we all most of the time?

This stock does strange things to people
thehavenots2 is a perfect example: He started out doing extremely valuable DD but ended up being totally irrational. He is in IHUB jail and still acting like an idiot. He may never get out based on his current attitude (unless they start an IHUB hospital).
Serfy went on my ignore list awhile back when he also seemed to get obsessed with this stock. OS was the first to get ignored.
For much of the past couple of months, I have been reading most of the posts here. I finally had to give up on doing that as it was consuming far too much of my time. I rarely posted but often wondered how those like Serfy and OS could possibly read every post and also do a high percentage of the posting. They couldn't possibly have found time for much else.
I think for some it is an obsession and for others it is desperation.

No..
No 10. I am saying that is false and sceptor is wrong... You doubt me too?...
Moneyx3...I was saying no you shouldn't get banned...I am confused as to what is going on...
I can't wait until this merger is "done"....

Ok, how is this for "off-topic". Its SATURDAY people!! If you all cant go find something to do for yourself AT LEAST give the moderators a break over the weekend by not bickering amongst yourselves on this board.
And Money, you are now threatening to report the entire thread because you are miffed over getting banned? Some advice here, if you just let it go and say "Hey by the way some time ago my PMs were restricted over some things that ive now forgotten, can i have them back please?".
Come on, this is a good group of people here including yourself.
Could Conversion be a scam? Yupper. Could Conversion make us all a butt load of money and possibly a life investment? Yupper. Will any of this horseplay affect that in either way. Nope.
Go have a good weekend guys.

i did ask the TDA rep if this was a prelude to perhaps a SEC investigation. i said to him 'this inclines me to sell my position, as i have never had TDA look out for my interests before, so it makes me suspicious if they know something i dont'
he said 'you shouldnt feel that way at all, this was strictly a TDAm 'business decision' ...
and that normally it would give a reason for making that decision, but in this case it gave the reason 'unspecified'
but true, continue with the DD i say, and keep radars tuned for anything that starts to tip the scale one way or the other.

At this point I do not believe the Bonds where ever in any real jeopardy of being revoked.
Like I have said before. I think we may have gotten a whiff of some internal power jockeying or ego collisions. In reality these are not important but are easily distorted by the bashers.
TDA cutting off buying but not selling and even offering free transactions to sell is just one more confirmation in the "shorty" argument. Brokerage houses closing down half the transaction tells me the deal is real. The financial aspects of this deal have to be real in order for this to work. The houses that have restricted buying are confirming the deal in a very real way.
What is in question is the scope of the deal. For that we have to await the 10k.
Or it could mean its totally fake and they want to "protect" their customers. I know Scottrade does this at times with some like PAIM and other sh!t stocks. Keep in mind folks, this could be a scam just as quickly as the next. Be careful and keep your eyes open for DD!!! Do your OWN DD and protect your capital.

Thanks for your DD bettingbabe. I was only speculating on a possibility. I did not aim to "stir" up trouble. I just felt like there was no right in not allowing me to log in last night without having to email allstocks. I felt really stripped when I lost PM priveleges.
Sorry all. I felt safe to post here where I knew an admin could help and friends would be.
FYI You are not permitted to send private messages. A board leader has elected to deactivate this option for you.

Yes, of course. Thats what I'm here for too. I would have never started this conversation on this thread from the beginning if I'd had my PM to communicate through. Can you please find out or tell me whom do I need to contact to acquire it back?

Nothing personal, but I really wonder about people who say they are here to protect me from a bad stock.

Money...I was on the phone with TDA...reference one of my earlier posts.
The reason code for this restriction is OTHER. There are specific restriction codes in TDA for fraud.

Portland, Ore., resident Leslie French is the man behind "debin23," according to the lawsuit filed recently by Sensient, which produces colors, flavors and fragrances.
The lawsuit claims that French, as debin23, last October launched a "smear campaign" aimed at Sensient by posting libelous messages on Yahoo! Inc.'s Internet message board. The lawsuit says French launched the campaign "for his own gain" but doesn't elaborate.
"French has made false statements that assail (Sensient's) financial position and business methods, and has accused (Sensient) of tortious and criminal acts as well as mismanagement," the lawsuit says..."
anywayz... there's more to read there... i just find the server connection coincidental. does anyone have a name behind OurStreet aside from Timothy Miles?
and btw, French has won one lawsuit, and it was ruled that he can say anything he wants on the chat boards.
French says "No corporate executive worth his salt would dare be caught dead chasing after a few Internet posters."
interesting attitude... Leslie, meet Rufus.

there is another stock that ran recently that we can use to pull a time schedule...
ACTC had it's major runup on 8-23... for this exersize? i will assume it started getting getting NSed the next day on the 24th since it gapped up a little on the open and stalled out.. only to slowly drop way back...
it finally showed up on the SHO list on 9-7... i was expecting it to show a day or two sooner, but lets use the time frame as it is:
8-24 to 9-07 (inclusive) = 10 trading days...
CSHD showed up on 8-08... using the 10 trading days? we get a "tentative start date" of 7-25...
the two stock are not equal, but i would assume the NSing started then or earlier...
7-25 is when FHAL (as it was called then) hit 1.66$...
in AMTD's DEFENSE? i think it's possible that they got a majority of the Failure to Delivers in their acct holders accounts...
the bean counterrs over there are sitting down and looking at how many shares they DON"T have deliverd to them and going WTF? are we supposed to do?
