somebody stepped in at about 1$ and started buying more shorts as they appeared on the market...

that has held fairly steadlily for almost a month and it totals out to at least 15 million shares...

this play is the most amazing play i have seen ...

(other than the ones i got 10 baggers and up on [Wink] )
if the heavy bashers like stock - and sourstreet convinced enough retail shorts to buy out the MM's shorts? the play will come sooner..

Rufus can't just put the screw on the MM's, it's not good business... somebody else has been shorting, the tough question is how much have the MM's gotten rid of?

Good Read! Anyone have the answers to the questions raised in the ****?
We know the CVSU was privetly traded and FHAL public - how hard would it have been for CVSU to go public vs this whole FHAL to CSHD transaction?

This guy does make some pretty good points. Anyone able to refute it?
As I have said before... there is nothing in this article that could not have been solved by a phone call to Rufas. Problem is he is trying to be some journalist but is doing nothing but reporting questions. Questions that we are all aware of and anticipate will be in the 10K. As for the is it cheaper to go public through a reverse merger? Kind of a stupid question. Of course it is but if you think it is less trouble, "Look around!"
the correct term for it is "subtle bashing".

Goodnight everybody, I'll be watching the PR newswire closely and level 2 even closer. I don't believe we'll see a selloff at all, but very low volume and MMs playing mind games. Even if it dips it will just be head fakes. Don't get fooled by the MMs.

irrevocable trust
Definition

A trust which cannot be changed or canceled once it is set up without the consent of the beneficiary. contributions cannot be taken out of the trust by the grantor. Irrevocable trusts offer tax advantages that revocable trusts don't, for example by enabling a person to give money and assets away even before he/she dies. opposite of revocable trust.

http://www.investorwords.com/2647/irrevocable_trust.html

Irrevocable Trust
What does it Mean? A trust that can't be modified or terminated without the permission of the beneficiary. The grantor, having transferred assets into the trust, effectively removes all of his or her rights of ownership to the assets and the trust.

This is the opposite of a "revocable trust", which allows the grantor to modify the trust.

Investopedia Says... The main reason for setting up an irrevocable trust is for estate and tax considerations. The benefit of this type of trust for estate assets is that it removes all incidents of ownership, effectively removing the trust's assets from the grantor's taxable estate. The grantor is also relieved of the tax liability on the income generated by the assets. While the tax rules will vary between jurisdictions, in most cases, the grantor can't receive these benefits if he or she is the trustee of the trust.

The assets held in the trust can include, but are not limited to, a business, investment assets, cash and life insurance policies.

Good Morning Board ~

I'll work up supp/res numbers for people who may try to buy more today. From surfing different boards though I don't get the feeling that a huge fast sell off will happen. Most talked about buying on a dip "if" that happened...

So, I think today will be a slow day, I myself, I'm still long and going to sit tight, still the same stock and the same deal and I haven't been able to talk myself out of any shares yet.

So, let's see what today brings after the first 5-10 minutes, after those panic sells go through we'll see where we are going, which I believe will be sideways, and yes, it may work itself down slowly with lack of updates, but it's still the same stock...

I'm still LONG [Smile]

Still with ya Rufus, and hoping for a "polished" 10k soon ~

Excellent post indeed Wally on the irrevocable trust. Sometimes it just takes a little going back and reading over these documents to make sense out of chaos.

All the good DD this weekend was an amazing counter attack against all the bashers. The letter was fake, OurStreet loses even more credibility and the NY Post is running neck and neck with the Enquirer for best tabloid magazine.

GLTA today

Well, well, well, dissention in the ranks?

Nah.... use your heads like we've been doing. Keep it real. Respect a logical opinion or politely tear it apart with facts and we'll do OK.

I could not stand it if we became an iHub. I am going to try a day without even checking in over there.

What kind of poster stays on from 7 am to 2am on Labor Day?
(our-street, surfdom, neom, liable, tallRob, and others)

It's really sad that they had to work this weekend. LOL

G'morning all... welcome to the week from hell. If we all hold hands and play nice, nobody will get hurt.

Without reading back through hundreds of post can someone verify the following?

I read the 10K's need to be issued 90 days following a company's fiscal year end...According to the form 10-QSB dated 5/12/06 Furia/CSHD fiscal Y.E. is 6/30/06. That being said, am I correct in assuming we should get the 10K by 9/30/06 at the latest?
