This thing with GA/AISS has been a sticker for me, probably because this is where I have the most knowledge. There is catch 22 with SDB...say you land a huge contract, which leads to other contracts, you don't remain SDB for very long. It can not be a cornerstone strategy if you want to become the size AISS seems to have ambition for (publicly traded spin off). I don't know what to make of it.
The guy is a minority with the ability to win single source - no bid contracts, he has done work with Lockheed in the past, he has been part of Lockheeds mentor-protoge program since 98, and he specializes in composite materials.

Our-Street.com, a financial watchdog website has received a copy of a CEASE AND DESIST ORDER sent by the Humanitarian and Scientific World Foundation to Rufus Harris and Conversion Solutions.
It appears authentic. I have called and sent an email to further confirm this was both prepared by or for the Fund and that it was delivered to Rufus. In the interim, I felt it was important enough to present to you at face value. I will advice you if/when I receive a response from the Fund.

I actually wrote an email to the Humanitarian Scientific group with a copy of what is posted at Our-Streets site. Hopefully we hear something back or I was actually hoping that it was a dead email address.

glassman your right. He started off by bashing the Foundation and their officers and now onto this. I just wanted to bring to everyone's attention over here so nobody got blindsided by it.

My question is... Why would they issue a 1/2 billion dollar bond and then 2 weeks later take it back?? When you are lending that type of cash, you do your homework on who your lending it to. Not sure what to make of this, but it does not seem likely they would issue that type of bond and then withdraw it weeks later...JMO
