any newbies still following this thread should be made aware that FLA (the state of inc. for this one) has some very liberal laws allowing the board of directors to do nasty things like this without having a shareholder meeting...
i have even seen FLA co's RS multiple times on ONE statement of intent to reverse split....
if you ever see: "INC in Boca Ratone"? play it as a flip....

IF there is a split will they be in rubels? I'd be in. may take a while after a split to get back to .336. They say no split and they don't want to cause an upset from investors - from previouse P|R|s.

A quick scan of the thread has the usual suspects (Purl, Dust and SYGY) alleging a dilution is in the works. Stunningly, Purl Gurl had the audacity to ask another poster to provide "factual basis" for claims being made about NDOL.

I have to imagine that the three of you understand the difference between "authorized" and "issued". However, based on the claims you are making it seems a refresher course is desperately in need. So, please take the time to review the following article at your leisure (I have conveniently provided a hot link for you here: Understanding Share Terms). I have also copied a pertinent part of this Stocks 101 article here for quick reference:
Authorized Shares – These shares represent the total number of shares of stock authorized when the company was created. Only a vote by the shareholders can increase this number of shares. However, just because a company authorized a certain number of shares doesn’t mean it must issue all of them to the public. Most companies retain shares for use later called treasury stock or shares.
Anyway, I am glad to see you asking for a "factual basis" used to underpin a poster's claims, Purl Gurl. I have to imagine that a woman of your ethics would practice what you preach and provide the board with the factual basis for your dilution claims. (Remember: "authorized" and "issued"..."authorized" and "issued"...keep 'em straight in your answer there, doll.)

westcott, come on, get a grip...CMKX, QBID, MLON, PLNI, USXP, IVOC, IZBT, GZFX and so many others I can't count all were the buy of a lifetime..Ya right..Same goof ball arquements about A/S versus O/S versus float..
All the time they had the bagholders drinking the KOOL-Aide making them believe they are not going to use the authorized shrs, and wont be used unless for expansion..Meanwhile people find out later, they were diluting into the suckers!

Im sorry that I said this forum because this forum is great, this thread is ludicrous! Everyone, in every other forum knows that the allstocks NDOL thread is trash and only a few stay around for the show.

This is an excellent thread. You just need to read with your eyes open.
Future readers will "watch" a scam play out, will learn of warning signs, will learn how those who issue warnings are assaulted by those who are pumpers, will learn what type of person can be trusted, or not trusted.
There is so much to learn from a thread like this, if you only read with your eyes open.

To profit at this game, you must dedicate hours and hours each and every day, weekends included.
No time for bar hopping, no time for movies, no time for television (except Star Trek), no time for vacation nor playing golf.
Seems I am here a lot, which I am. What you do not see is I am taking breaks between reading page after page of eye burning boring documents.
You, the reader, will never be successful at trading stocks until you dedicate yourself to this. Play golf, miss a chance to make a few thousand in profits.
That is ok. Your absence increases my chances of grabbing that profit; my gain, your loss.

Westcott,I agree totally with your observation. Not a word about A/S and O/S etc,. I think most of the ethics are just trying to showoff how much knowledge there is. The motives behind the posts are subtly devious in my opinion. The charity crap is so bogus. My friend she hasn't got to all of us. mostly just 2 or 3 that sit here just because they lack enough upstairs to do anything on their own.
