That's awesome m8, I've only been gambling for real since april. I picked EDO and a couple others on paper back in 01, wish i woulda had real money to put on them then instead of just a bill gates competition.

Argh...I'm a patient person, but NDOL continiues to surprise on the downside! I bot in at $1.16 May 4 when I thought the trajectory was pointed skyward. Hmmm. It's now worth 33 cents in a horrible down day. Like Wendy's used to say in their ads: "Where's the beef?" For this stock, I'm asking, "Where is the oil?"
Of course, emerging markets sank in May and NDOL would qualify as a stock in a high risk emerging market. That's my excuse for holding this dog.

I thought this quote might be of interest to some;

At .34, theres 34 cents of downside(duh!). If my position was small or not hurting me too badly, I'd hold & ride it down, waiting for a spike to bail. If my position was large, I'd at least trim something & sleep better. Lastly, I wouldn't put new money into it, it's a bag of question marks & there are better fish to fry. Not bashing, just sharing thoughts.

NDOL authorized one-billion common shares.
NDOL gave fifty-nine (59) percent of common outstanding shares to North West which directly contradicts what Parkin previously stated.

"Hey I thought the great one promised no dilution!"
There is a reverse split in the making, as well.
Looking at numbers, North West received fifty-nine percent of the outstanding (hidden in legalese) plus another three-hundred-fifty-something-million in restricted, which will become common shares, I think, in a year.
A billion shares. You do not need to be a rocket scientist to guess at what is coming. This leaves about five-hundred-million shares in the company kitty, if I read those filing numbers correctly.
Boy, this one has turned out to be a major screw job.
Say, what happened to all those pumpers who used to be here every minute of the day?

time to party if you can understand 3 party mergers where niether party except the 1st party has any control except 4 members are in control of the 2nd party. and then what happens to the 3rd party. I can see they did say before about the 41% and the 59% and I'm still trying to figure out the accounting...maybe I'll be gutsy and say this is what I expected and the next you'll see is the pr's trying to butter it up and the market should actually respond and this will bounce.

any newbies still following this thread should be made aware that FLA (the state of inc. for this one) has some very liberal laws allowing the board of directors to do nasty things like this without having a shareholder meeting...
i have even seen FLA co's RS multiple times on ONE statement of intent to reverse split....
if you ever see: "INC in Boca Ratone"? play it as a flip....
