Putin can afford to toss around some Russian sand. Gasoline prices Russia, $1.45 per gallon. Wages are not all that good, though. Was not long back Russian workers were being paid with bottles of vodka.

I have a feeling the decision to move to a higher exchange is about to come. I tried emailing parkins a couple of times but no answer. Parkins doesn't like answering emails when a press email on that issue is about to be released.

How stupid is Purl? I have been reading her posts a couple pages back, and I seriously just don't understand how she can come up with some of the things she says. I have sat back and watched her bash this stock into the ground. I mean seriously, every time there is great news, she somehow makes up a lie, and then panics everyone into selling. Each breath she takes is wasted, and I think she needs to find a new place to bash and annoy. (I don't think there is anywhere that will accept her, but she'll still get in somehow...) I think she needs to grow up, and maybe open here eyes to the actual situation. I mean most of us have gotten into this stock ridiculously cheap, and are still double, triple, or even quadruple of what we started with. If Purl thinks that we are affected in any way by he never-ending rants about how NDOL is a scam, or a pump and dump scheme, then she is sadly mistaken, and only making herself look more stupid. And for all the newcomers in this stock or watching it; Purl says she is not in this stock, but I think we can all agree that she has been sitting here and flipping this thing for the past couple weeks. Go ahead Purl, deny it. We all already know that you are a pathetic, uneducated, lying, BASHER.
I love you all still in this...

Money, most of us have left this wasteland to find greener pastures. With all the psychological help available nowadys it shouldn't have been neccessary, but we have to contain it somewhere. So we chose to hold it here lest it break out across the internet.

true though.. i lost quiet a bit on this stock..however, have been recovering fast by grace of stock like CRDM. but have been in this stock since 0.14, and thats why i beleive with a floater as they say as 32M, and the number of people holding this thing, it would slowly but surely see 0.65 short term before end of the week. i dont know what charts purl sees, but she has to know that pennies dont just move on charts, they move on momentum, PR's, and other things rather than pure charts. my picks give me any days gain averaging 2-3% a day. so it doesnt really worry me. just one days run for around 10% on this stock is good enough for me, and am sure it is tomorrow. purl, HOD tomorrow 0.62-0.65, want to try betting on it?

Yeah, but some of the good guys here are holding up really well in the face of adversity. Was impressed with what I read from today. We'll get some of that good news we're looking for soon, IMO, and then see where it takes us. Re-hashing proven and probables didn't get it done today.
They wouldn't be here if it wasn't worth being here for, remember that.

Here's a post tonight from investors hub. Cynic2005 is the author:
"Now that I cleansed my system, I want to address another pet peeve of mine, namely that notion that the merger was dilutive and the $2.17 was the better choice.
I already posted that based on the pro-forma consolidated financials, EPS and assets per share increased as a result of the merger. The only remaining issue I left on the table is a valuation based on reserves that were then unknowm.
Let's accept the amounts from the PR and previous releases as the true amounts and stay within the confines of what management was communicated:
All of us seemed to have agreed that NDOL was valued properly at $2.17, hence our desire for that amount.
Based on the 248m shares outstanding, that would have resulted in an enterprise value (EV) of $538m. Let's take a look at EV per million barrels of reserves. As NDOL had 48m, that makes about $11.2m per. Let's extend that same math to the combined entity. 208m barrels times $11.2m equals $2,332m. This would be an optimistic case.
As I am a conservative fellow, I am going to approach it differently. As the combined reserves appear to be of lower quality than NDOLS (NDOL has 31% of total reserves labeled as 'proven' vs only 17.6% of the combined entity), I am going to take the factor of proven reserves by the definitions offered by earlier posters.
Proven increased from 15m to 36.7m, increase of 2.44x. Unproven went from 33m to 171.3m, an increase of 5.2x.
Very conservatively, we can conclude that the combined entity should be at least 2.44x NDOL value. That's 1.31b. Of which you take 41%, and we former NDOL holders own 540m, just a tad over what the $2.17 stated, and based on the conservative 2.44x factor, NWOG just threw in a free 90m barrels of probable reserves.
Before I take a deep breath, picking up what Brent posted earlier, the 208m seems only what Saratov has to offer. If that's the case and NDOLs 48 million are to be added to that amount, the picture only becomes brighter.
Blame the ambiguity on their traditionally horrible PR language.
This is just simple math, without much conjecture, just using data that is provided. As stated before, if managements numbers aren't truthful, don't hold it against me."

Since we are red today, we should see a lunch time spike, then a sell off into close. Those who bought at these prices before the news sold off yesterday and today. We will end up back in the .50's by EOW. JMHO

Ya right. This baby has steadly dropped since they announced the reverse merger and no PR since has made it go up, even the "india oil" and the "200+ barrels of oil".
Like I said earlier, glad they didn't take the 2.17 cause I like this premium we're getting on this PPS. Thanks
Ya sure it's gonna go up, but it could be a couple of years before we see the 2.17...
