Keeps becoming worse as days pass. Shareholders are really getting the shaft and NDOL keeps shoving it deeper.
Anyone note NDOL disqualified shareholders from voting on company matters?

However, because the shareholders holding at least a majority of the voting rights of all outstanding shares of capital stock as of the Record Date have voted in favor of the foregoing actions by resolution ?

share holders no longer control the board, FL rules. I would say they are on thin ice with what they do with those gazillion kabillion shares.

This is the executives and insiders who hold a large amount of common stock. All others, which are shareholders "out here" have been excluded from voting on current matters.
You will note Parkin invokes a Florida law as well. This is very typical; a tactic to approve matters which would cause shareholders to object.
Last time we (old timers) watched this happen was with GVRP / GLUV stock. Executives invoked Florida law and printed off six-trillion new shares to cover for their shorts. Trading was suspended, brokers refuse to handle their stock and the company is dead.
Readers are to note I am NOT indicating this will happen with NDOL. This will not happen. I am exemplifying how rules and laws can be used to legally defraud share holders.
Very clear early pr news issued by Parkin directly contradicts current events.

Purl Gurl, I know you have achieved the "American dream " accomplised thru very hard work.....What a story your life is to this point in time. Your writings show a great intellect, IQ in the 130-140+ range ?
My turn to give you some advise...It looks to me that you are tangling with the criminal element of Wall Street. These attacks against you accross the internet are not just the normal nonsense perpetuated by the garden variety pumpers.. I think we may be exposing a criminal enterprise.
Be careful Lady, they are just singing to the choir now.

At the same time this has already been discussed. They need to get the PR's out and settle shareholders down as day by day confidence is slipping away.

Our family did not rise from dire poverty to where we are now by backing down from crooks.
They run an extreme risk of being exposed and being reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies, which I will not hesitate to do if enough evidence develops to warrant just such.
In the future, those who perform good research, will make these discoveries and move on. NDOL is effectively shooting itself in the foot as a result of greed.
I suspect a few of the early pumpers here were working for NDOL. No proof and clearly I am speculating on this. Those people are long gone.

Another example, sorry to say, is DNTK, these guys are ligit, just can't seem to make it. Now they are in trouble trying to find financers. DD them through 2004 and you'll see what I mean. After the merge they may survive, if they make it.

I'm suprised anyone (including myself) still reads this garbage.
The difference between the "paid pumpers" and the (you) "paid bashers" is really the telling sign of what is going on here. While you both refuse to acknowledge the other side's positive or negative, it's pretty easy to determine that the "paid pumpers" are novice investors speaking mostly on emotions. On the other hand there is you, who so masterfully, with surgeon like precision, takes quotes containing fear words, while leaving balancing information out, or just completely miscontruing numbers & facts alltogether. And how elegant is your negative unfounded speculation!
We can trust the "pumpers", while not necessarily following their lead, because they are obviously morons; you cannot be trusted Purl, because you seem intelligent, yet you post the most ignorant disinformation.
As always Purl, thanks for caring so much about us and the stock you don't own.
Sincerely, Valis

Yes, DNTK enjoyed a nice run up, about twenty cents per, beginning of May to the middle of May. Since, prices have come back down, slowly. A slow fall in prices is acceptable and indicates there is some strength behind current share prices.
DNTK has wrapped up those legal problems which is a positive but does turn off some traders.
Current clinical trials are legit evidenced by involvement of well known universities.
DNTK appears to have good funding backing from reputable funders.
Worth watching but a high risk stock being pure research and development.
Good news on their clinical trials could cause a major run up in prices. Lots of risks but certainly worth watching.
Yes, I am a paid basher making good minimum wages. Soon, I will be able afford to move out of this trailer home and move into a real apartment, might even be able to buy a used car!

I said in my post there are those that truly are needy. Those I have great compassion and desire to help. I recently traveled to Sri Lanka where their pastors who help the less fortunate make about $30 a month. That is about two to three trades in the market with some stock trader fees. I will be using some not all future profits to help those less fortunate and have in the past in Vanuatu,Sri Lanka and other countries. I cannot look into every heart and mind to see the intent of peoples heart. I try to use the intuition and mind that God gave me to sense what he wants me to do in each individual situation. I have been right more than wrong but I have been wrong a time or two. That makes me human just like the rest of us.
A very good read on deception and misconception is a book called Stolen Valor. Quite a read my a Veteran who has no agenda that I know of but has helped to save taxpayers millions of dollars due to panhandlers and swindlers that were not what they seemed.
Wish I could see a persons eyes and intent when they posted. Sure would reduce the garbage posts on many of these boards and get our focus back to the NEW and improved NWOG

Lesson 1: Remember, BASHERS NEVER Bash A BAD STOCK. Check the boards for stocks with no potential. They never have any Bashers. Bashers only go after stocks that are moving up or have excellent potential to do so. Bashers work to bring the price down to either increase their position at the expense of others or help a Short make their bones

It is good to learn as much as you can, the input of others can help. I see from on the other sites it seems this is the only one that is dragging. Maybe because of all the dusty farts....who knows. But input of any kind shouldn't be ignored. It is possible to have such hope that a security will perform and ignore all the hype and the small amount of negatizm and then loose all your funds. It is all part of the DD man.

Yep. None of us are perfect. All of us take turns being right and being wrong. At times, we seem so smart, then we turn right around and make ourselves look so stupid.
Nonetheless, opinions of others are valuable because those opinions will introduce "something" we do not think of. This leads to better research.
Does not matter if an "opinion" is right or wrong. What matters, if smart, a reader will discover truth through testing validity of opinions and, most important, testing validity of his own opinion. Never trust yourself!

On that irritating note, a comedy break. Posted elsewhere, this is a pretty darn good laugh,
___
"I just heard some fantastic news from an Russian Oil Insider. He told me that there is a lot of buzz about NWOG right now in the Moscow Oil circle rings. He is saying that they have a lot of leverage in Russia and will be getting some sweet land deals from the gov. soon with some oil rich fields. He met a few players who are major shareholders and are very excited about this stock. They are not concerned right now about the PPS because they have bigger plans to get on a fully traded board like the NASDAQ or LSE. There are some rumours that the London Stock exchange will be thier target once Rosneft has their IPO. This little engine can turn into a behmouth of a stock.
I paraphrased a lot of what this guy tells me but he is a rich oil tycoon who has left his US interests and has been looking at the global Oil market and that is why he knew so much about this company."

I am compelled to caution readers. That post from elsewhere up there, is pure bullsh!t. I have elected to bring this here for comedy, and comedy only. No truth at all to that post.
