Bottom line: I have confidence in the valuation of NDOL, but have very little faith in MMs, the pinksheet game, and lawyers who will screw you over.
I also am not real fond of walks in the rain or long waits while the stock drops -- let's just say that I'd prefer to buy low instead of in the middle. I think that explains why what you said doesn't really make a lot of sense to me (not that I'm meaning to bash here, mind you).

My point was not so much that it is a good buy at .6x, but that for those who are still so bullish they can either buy in, hold, or bail. There's little good in fretting over a PR when the stock hasn't lost significant pps since its huge run on Monday. As for me, I think it's a good time to sit it out and wait (with a decent stop-loss in place).
You are spot on about the MM, lawyers, and pinksheet volatility. There's no sure thing here, even though most are feeling good about NDOL - it's a wait and see game at this point.

DIG - I'm using ChoiceTrade, and do not have a stop loss on NDOL (as I am never away from a quote, I'd rather not have a machine making the trades for me). I use stop los orders on most positions I have some concern about - didn't realize you couldn't use them with some brokers on pinks - I come from a NASDAQ and NYSE trading background, not a long time pinks fellow myself. So, obviously, take everything I say with a pound or two of salt. Then again, hopefully everyone does their own DD here

Amen to that. If you are not interested in gambling (or feeling 100% sure about something), a stop-loss is a great way to stay in a position that you would otherwise have to abandon should you need to do anything other than watch quotes stream by all day.
The alternative is to clear out all of your positions on a regular basis, but this is definitely not a great way to do things if you feel there will be a morning surge on specific positions that you want to take advantage of. I do not know how the daytraders do it, at least those that prefer to leave the day with no open positions. That would kill me more often than not.

Does not look like the news will be out during the trading day. But, considering the possibility next Monday, it is worth waiting. Just arrange more money into my account. Waiting for a good point to get more share.

I still think this is going to run EOD. I've seen several other stocks that have had this anticipated date and they've always had solid gains the day before. I would consider getting in by 1 pm or so... My opinion

Price is at 0.65 right now, based on my ameritrade account. If the news is not out before 4, it will be very interesting between 3 and 4 today. We will see what is happening.

Strong holding is like double-edge sword. Given the good news situation, it will be good. Otherwise, there will be some pullback. I like its no-scam potential.

watching L2`s all morning, looks very mutch like it wants to break out! buys outnumber sells, small buying pressure pulls it up, MM`s scavenging whatever they can, trading for now in a very narrow range, everthing looks good. UBSS and NITE are in control for the moment. poised for a breakout IMO. GL and keep your fingers crossed!

Jut my personal thought, DIGDOUGH. I assume there are always many guys out there having quick information than us. In the case of NDOL, if the news is out today, which is not likely I guess, the volume will be surging more or less. See the volume this morning not fluctuating very much. A lot of holding, not many buys and sells, though. I hope my thought was wrong, since it is torturing me somewhat.

I called a few minutes ago and am tired of talking to that french woman. Left a message asking if they were still on target for the 1st. If I hear from them, I will post.
